Totally normal here. What % of drivers would you say turn off their engine here when re-fueling, from what i've seen ( doing 60-70K per year ) i'd say almost zero. But you are funny....

Savanakhett is easy, was there in December. No financials and no proof of address are required. Docs required were: Wifes Tabian Baan Wifes ID card Entry visa to Laos Original marriage cert Passport -
The only benifit of all the online testing etc is that you don't need to watch the video at DLT centre. You'll still have to Q for perception test and colour test.
