    I've checked in for emirates flights leaving at 0200 at 2100-2200 many times.

    Only problem with Phetchabun is the traffic and amount of visitors at weekends. But yes, if you have free time, great province. Also if you're a biker there's great roads over to Loei, 2016 i think it is, then on to Chiang Khan / Nong Khai along the Meekhong - brilliant!

    There's no video if you go thru the online app. Thats the only benifit of the app, there's no appointment system but they'll expect to see QR code with course completion.
