    Report and block them. You will get more but keep on blocking them, not much more you can do. This sort of thing is partly preventable but with many banks wanting a load of details that are not necessary to use their app, and companies selling your information it is not going to stop any time soon.

    When you want to bring police from outside the country you know the system is not fit for purpose. China will go for it as it gives them more of a foothold in the country. Not, in my opinion, the way to go.

    True. Most of the people I see do wear a helmet, I thought it was somewhat ironic when a policeman does not have a helmet on his young child.

    That is not going to happen. Recently I saw a policeman on his police bike with a young child presumably taking them to school. He had a helmet the child had nothing. Unless the police start enforcing the rule it will never change.
