    It is still limited and hotels etc are not going to be built and ready are they? Use a bit common sense in the requirements. As for land it would mean giving up a lot of land currently used for food production.

    It isn't guaranteed anywhere. If you chek you will see there is no QoS (Quality of Service). It is standard when referring to the internet. You could get a fixed speed but it would cost a lot. Companies like Google, Microsoft have such connections but individuals very rarely if ever. The rate quoted is the absolute maximum which would only occur if you was the only user of that link.

    So they intend to double the population now in Thailand with 80 million tourists. Silly question but where are these 80 million tourists going to stay? As far as I remember Thailand is a small country with limited land resources. Additionally how will these people get around? Traffic is bad now in Bangkok and probably elsewhere, doubling the number of people on the move is not going to help the situation,

    Remember one thing, the speed they quote is the absolute maximum and in reality you are not likely to get those speeds. With that in mind I would go for the highest rate as you will never probably get it but the rate you will get should be more than adequate.

    Why would you drive without the proper documentation? Any many criticize Thai's for not having a license. You need to get a grip on what is needed and get the necessary documents before you drive anything.

    No one ever consdiers who these Russians are. The average Russian is not in a position to come and buy a condo. Think about that. At the same time people are complaining that the Russians are taking over Thai businesses.

    A lot of big companies are. It isnt just the SM companies. Many of them get their directives from major players. Just look as the hearing with Twitter in the USA, many powerful forces are behind twitter banning people for their tweets.

    According to the Thai news regarding businesses in Phuket being taken over by Russians I think I will stay away from there. Retiring there in your nightmares.

    I feel sort for the guy but he really needs to get out a bit more. He will get the money back I am sure but only after I get a unicorn dancing in the garden.

    No country will give another country the system advancements that they have. Have you ever tried to get military grade equipment in a country other than the USA? If so you know what I mean.
