    Tired or stoned out of his mind? I would go for the later as it is obvious the vehicle was travelling at high speed, something that may not be noticed if under the influence of drink.

    Just look at any installation which involves cables. The guys who do it I dont blame, it is the companies they work for who make no effort to properly train them.

    I would do it. These animals are too dangerous to people. Kiling aperson to me is a bigger crime but no one seems to bother about that.

    This breed of dog should be banned in Thailand. I assume all three of the dogs are going to be put to sleep. Unfortunately you cant do the same with the owner.

    You are entitled to your opinion but what you dont seem to have considered are the people who will take a drug then jump in a car or on a motorbike. What you do at home is your choice but many people will not keep it at home.

    Aviation fuel is normally from Condensate obtained from gas, a courser grade than LNG. I have never heard of it being produced from old old before

    If they know who brought them in then they should also get jail time at least 20 years.

    If you base it on a 5 day week it amounts to Baht 12,000 a month (assuming 4 weeks in the month). If the work is 7 days a week then it equates to Baht 16,400 for a 4 week month. I cant believe any of these companies have such small profit margins that they cant afford to pay these amounts of money. It is just greed on behalf of the employer that stops them paying a decent wage.

    It is an invasion of privacy if the camera is looking at an area significantly more than the owners property.

    I dont know about Thailand but in many other countries if a hospital puts a death down to Covid they get more money from the government than if they put down the real reason. May not be the same in Thailand but you do have to wonder.

    To some extent it is different as the BTS is public transport and the rule as published is that masks are required when using Public Transport and in Cinemas. I recently went into Kasikorn bank and they wanted me to wear a mask. I pointed out to them where the government said it was mandatory and they didnt push for me to wear one. I went into the bank without one.

    There are many different reviewers and some they they are bad and others say they are good. Ideally you want a VPN provider based in Switzerland. By law they can not pass any information to third parties even to the government.
