    I thought the letter was only need if you renewed here, obviously if you got it in UK and it's used for travel that proves it's genuine. Last time I go mine in UK was not asked for a letter when transferring stamps

'Legendary' Reggae artist from the USA sums this up, most of the great Reggae, Ska and lovers rock artists are either dead or retired, this is just a facsimile of days way in the past, nothing new or exciting. Damaged my hearing listening to dub every weekend

    How can they be trafficked when they have paid at least 1500 quid to get on a boat, nobody forces them. But we take them seriously!

The larger problem is those on education visas who then bring family over and none end up going home, the the Universities would go broke without them! Add to that the Ukrainians, HK and people in lorries!
