Contacted them on chat they said fill in online form upload PP pic and it would be done in 72 hours, $30 charge. 2 days later get an email, I cannot reply to, saying they don't change names like that, chat no longer connects says go to manage my booking but cannot do it there. Not all offices are corrupt it's a myth that they are. If they were agents would not have to go up country to get extensions for people in other areas.
