I then got a 90 day extension dated 9 Sept-Nov 30, 2022 I also got a Non -O Visa dated 9 Sept 2022- Nov 30,2023 The question is when do I start counting 90 days. I will be leaving the country on Nov 29, 2022 until 14 Dec 2022 Thanks for help

Yes I did use an agent. I arrived July 15 and got a 30 day entry went to CW and got a 30 day ext until 12 Sept. In the interim I contacted an agent and he got a 90 day extension plus a Non-O I have an Immigration stamp that says "Non-0 Retirement stay permit" 2 Sept-30 Nov 2022 signed Then I have another stamp from Immigration Extension of stay permitted until 30 Nov 2023 Also stamped "Retirement" When is the 90 day report due

Here's a tricky question. After Oct 1........... Money is in the bank. I have a 90 day Visa. I leave the country without a reentry stamp but return after 70 days. The Visa is cancelled but I have 45 days entry OK. Would Immigration go cross eyed if I applied for a Non-O retirement Visa. ie would it have to be Visa to Visa or would the new 45 day entry be OK to apply for a 1 year Non-O visa. I need a medical treatment in the U.S. so this is a possible reality for me.

So when I get the 90 day Visa (in the works) I can leave for a week and get a re entry permit and then apply for a Non-O Visa but will need 21 days left on 90 day Visa. I just got a Bangkok Bank account and am in the process of putting B 800,000 in it. At the same time I am getting a 90 day extension before my 30 day extension expires. If I leave the country during my 90 day extension it will cancel it, but will that affect my 800K maturing for a Non-O Visa when I return.

I assume that bank letter, on letterhead, has name address and account number and amount in the account. Anything else stamp and signature ,of course
