What's unconstitutional? Just like driver's license, passport is a privilege, not a right.

What will you be giving the Wife or Partner for Christmas?

The pleasure of orgasm -
Maybe that's it. I just remembered that article about "carbon passports" and travel restrictions that may be coming. That will be a major barrier for any expat living in Thailand if that ever gets approved.

So, you keep it under the mattress? Because cash in a bank may be difficult to access. I remember a few years back I failed one security question over the phone when calling customer service. They completely blocked my account. No deposits, no withdrawals, no nothing. To reopen my account I was told I have to see someone at the branch in person. I flew back to home just so I could get my money. There may be more and more security measures in the future. For your protection, of course. Press 1 if you are calling outside United States. BAM

I am a type of person that used to laff at the old guys saying Thailand has changed. Now I am that guy. I just have a feeling something is really off, not just with Thailand, but the whole damn world. My wife who has been employed from a foreign company working from home has barely been able to close any sales. This is unheard off for her and her business. She was also contacted by her old (Japanese) company to come back and work for them because since she left they had zero sales. They even offered her a promotion. However, I really think she may fail with her great comeback as the factories and distributors seem broke, only set on buying cheap parts from China.... which in all fairness can now compete with most of the products from Japan and Europe. I just think there will be some major financial events next year that will perhaps change the rules on how expats live in Thailand. I am not simply talking about the new tax law in Thailand. I am willing to go as far to say that pensions will not be paid unless you are a resident of your country or some kind of reporting requirement to your government, similar to 90 days here in Thailand. Whatever happens, I think I will be better off back home if $hit hits the fan. Yes, I suppose I won't be able to "attach myself to my wife's tax return". And please spare me the obvious ones about door hitting me on derriere.

Reverse mortgage in Florida - anyone done it?
Celsius replied to GypsyT's topic in US & Canada Topics and Events
How does this make even 1 iota of sense? Buy a home for 500k and then do a reverse mortgage and pay annual interest rates of 10%???? -
16 year old Thai girl accuses Chinese man met on dating app of rape

A threesome? Nice. -
Tod, 10 years on you are still talking this nonsense? It is a well known FACT that most banks require a work permit to open a bank account. We argued about the same issue literlaly in 2011 on a defunct teachers forum when I tried to open a bank account and was told by a bank lawyer that there is an internal memo discouraging bank staff to open accounts on tourist visas due to money laundring. Since then (2011) it has gotten a lot more diffucult to open an account.....you guessed it....due to various criminal elements operating in Thailand.

There is only one problem with your analogy. The vast majority of the planet does not live in USA. They don't care about YOUR mass shootings, Biden, Trump, criminal healthcare and left/right nonsense.

Me too.. I am talking about Thais. They don't even tho they like to feel proud.

Him and teacher Luke can pump each-other in the prison. -
That's right. It's an excuse. Drinking, rooting, yaba, microsleep, cheating.... all just an excuse to release the anger at how truly garbage their country is.

I have a few problems preventing me from losing my $hit tonight. I brought the wrong phone that doesn't have my banking app. I only have 1500b with me. I hate doing this alone. Last time I was in Nana was 10 years ago. It looks different. Full of clubs. Am I at the right place?

Of another divorce. Third one to be exact. The worst part is I went all-out for this one Canadian PR, emotional involvement, boring sex... everything. The biggest screw up I did is I supported her to quit her job. She got another one (work from home) but she does f all, sleeps until 12 and doesn't even eat. For a guy that is not lazy (despite my numerous posts here)I find this unacceptable. I think she is suffering from some kind of depression, but she claims everything is fine. I think she is playing head games Oh....and she literally does not let me go anywhere without her. Tonight I said fek it and just stormed out and ran. I'm at Terminal 21 now going to Nana.

By 2025 every Canadian making less than 90k annually will get free dental care. In 2025 you will have to file a tax return in Thailand if you stay more than 180 days and still have zero legal right while filing your 90 day address report like a mug that you are. How do you feel about that?
