So it's tax time and it seems company screwed her again. The 425k "compensation" she got they just added it to her salary. Bad because as I just found out compensation in Thailand is not taxable and if they paid her out correctly she would be getting a big refund. In my opinion this is actually great news because now she can sue them for REAL compensation. Am I right or am I right?
