oh glad you asked. example 1 - during the height of covid when mask wearing was mandatory there was one young peacock officer strutting around our immigration office maskless. multiple times. example 2 - this one is great. the same peacock parked his car literally at the bottom of the wheelchair ramp. as i was sitting outside i turned to my wife and said i bet you anything it is the same a hole. sure enough a few minutes later he came out of the building. opened his car grabbed something shut the door and went back inside. those sort of rules.
