Many thanks for reply.  I guess it would be best to apply as soon as the 15 day prior window opens.

In theory you then got 22 day window to try 7 times .. before having to travel to the office.

I was just curious if they even send reminders now.

My last day to do my 90 day is 2 days before my first possible day to renew annual visa. So keen to avoid 2 trips as I am bone idle.

Hey Ho ...  lots of throws at the stumps might be enough.

Please let us know if any of your other attempts succeed,

A tiny bit off topic ... but I dont want to start a new topic. The OP mentioned his online 90 day report was rejected.

Mine is due in 12 days but I have not had a reminder by email as I used to get 15 days prior.

I have just applied on line .. and now wondering if no reminder is a bad omen or not. Do they still send reminders ?

And also wonder if the OP applied on line more times. My last report was rejected.  3 days later it allowed me to try again. It wont allow before 3 days have elapsed.

I did it the exact same way and it was accepted that time.

I received no reminder, but then I have not done a 90 day report for ages. I only got the rejection email.

I only applied once.  No reason for rejection given.

I put 800,000 into the new bank account when I still had 800,000 in the old account.

Then,  after a couple of weeks, I canceled the old account.

So, for a while I had 800,000 in each account.

Both accounts are fixed deposit accounts.

Anybody has recent experience what documentation  immigration may want to see for visa extension?

    Thx

OP please let us know how you get on.  I am sure that a lot of people will be interested.

  4.  A tenant with a rental contract is a "possessor" and has an obligation to do TM 30 when required.

When I put a new tenant in a condo I do the TM 30. No problem. For me to be responsible for a TM 30 when a tenant comes and goes during the tenancy is ludicrous. How would I know his movements?  Even if I did what happens if I am not in Thailand at the time?

I understand that some IO's are a bit pedantic about requiring an owner to do TM 30, but tenants can do the TM 30 with a copy of the house book and rental contract. I know because I have tenants who have done it

God forbid the people be allowed to protest extremist and genocidal Israeli policy. That's not to say that I sympathize with Hamas, I don't on any level, but the constant slaughter of women and children is not accomplishing anything but the generation of additional hatred, animosity, and the delaying of anything resembling a solution.

    Quite right.

Israel wants to eradicate Hamas; instead they are on a Hamas recruitment drive.
