A restaurant which i like and had never tried until 2 years ago is MK. Usually in a big C. Never tried that hot pot cook your own deal. They have decent sized portions of HK style braised beef, healthy broiled chicken leg and some tasty duck options. Normally go there after shopping. Easily feeds 3 of us for under 500 baht. Be cautious when paying, their system is a bit weird. Keep track of table reciepts.

Nmax like above comment have over taken the PCX for comfort and style. My only reservation about some nmax new models, they appear a bit big. Not ideal for whizzing thru traffic. Mine is 2019 a smaller profile and very good for city a 2 b.

Im surprised they do not have options for late night drivers and premium charges. I would pay a premium for late night delivery, same with restaurants, incentivise them to be open later or different times.

These delivery apps do let you down when you most need them. The restaurants and the apps then take way too long to decide to cancel and that then defeats all purpose of the apps. I prefer grabbing my own grub to these apps. The last straw for me was when i realised the riders had figured out how to collect two or three orders and make your food cold and wait way too long.

Well then, looks like you got a 3rd bite of the cherry so put you big boy pants on and go and command the situation and ensure all is as it should be. It's on finance so it's gotta go through a few more hurdles than a cash deal. All that being said, you are from that industry so best to be there and provide some calm support. Last car we brought the sales man did not know Jack, was too excited, albeit a nice guy. Being present was key in getting all done and its not like its an everyday occurrence so find the time and maybe one day when you have the knowledge, you can share it with someone who is where you are now. Pay it forward type of deal.

2k can get you a <deleted>oni BG50. Decent phone with decent weather resistance, specifically developed with Begpacker friendly apps pre-installed, Patreon and gofundme straight out of the box. -
Normally all printer shops will have such a service. If you know where they are where you are, worth enquiring.

The full story is very funny. -
The stuff they sell in shops is really high grade, it's Skunk type stuff. It shocked me to see it. I expected Thai stick or a lower grade version that was not so blatent. The stuff they are supplying is no different to gear available in the dam. Way too strong. Got 40 pecker joints of 2g, lasted 3 weeks.

Can anyone share some details about the cost and experience of having an accountant for a small business in thailand? The business would be set up to build an existing product. It is not a big piece of business but it is stable and has 7 years sales history with zero product development in all that time, just adequate sales growth on existing products. So we would be creating a company for the purpose of becoming a supplier to an EU company. The paper trail would be minimal, max 2 invoices per month with monthly order book value of around 5000 euros.

10% profit after all costs of business, including salary is a respectable return.

Rental contracts are a bit more important for us visitors residing in thailand. They form part of the procedure when you require certain types of Visas. For example. Not sure if all immigration offices insist on this but some require the contract + the owners ID card and sometimes even a photocopy of the page of their green/blue? book, which is a government issued ownership document. The immigration also require those documents/copies to be signed/dated by the owner. It would be wise to make sure your realtor is onboard and aware of these requirements. 500 baht seems reasonable. Those fees are common, i have known those fees to be as a high as 3000 and as low as 160 baht per month during my time here. Your water and electric bills will be in the name of the house owner. Easily payable by visiting a 711 and presenting them with bill, pay and get the reciept stapled to the bill. A lot of agents push for 2 months deposit + 1 month rent in advance. I have never paid this but i have also never posed an issue until i am with them face to face. I did get my full deposit back from an agent, be prepared for agent to deduct cleaning fees from a deposit.
