    There are ways to serve a warrant that doesn't involve a "gang" of agents rushing the property... for instance no "gang" served Hunter his warrant.

    What you don't understand is that personal responsibility is not accepted in Thailand... there must be some inanimate object that causes everything.

    Look at the concrete everywhere in Thailand... it's a disaster... it's as if they have never heard of adding mold inhibitor to concrete before it is poured... it is cheaper in the long run but no one seems to care...
