    Don't fool yourself. If 4% is an accurate estimate it's substantial. 4% of the GDP of the US is $920 billion dollars. Equate that out to Thailand and it's nothing to sneeze at (even tho the politicians do with their idiotic way of fleecing the population).

    I ask you why is there a need to do such a thing (report every 3 months)? Simply asking folks to report when/if they ever move should be enough. Do you report daily to your doctor about your bowel movements or just when there is a major change? No need to call him/her daily now is there?

    Yes, Waterseal or FlexSeal or Watertight can all help. I'm sure there are many different brands but look hard and you'll find it. I used it on a leaky basement (poor construction) and it completely solved the problem. No more water in the basement.

    Not if you're a real man and establish the rules. Who has the money after-all. If they want to be taken care of then they live by the rules else, they are out on the street.

    They need to revise their visa rules to more warmly welcome expats wanting to live there. These 90 day reporting rules and having to leave the country for a day and then returning make no sense. If they made more people feel "welcome" instead of making them feel like criminals, it would probably inject millions into the economy. It would be a win-win.

    Some background checks only go back 7, 10, 20 years. I doubt the background check will be for your entire lifetime.

    Why in the world would the child care who the parents are who abandoned them? The child will be adopted and will only know those people as their rightful parents. The people who abandoned the child should be sterilized and sent to prison for 20 years. They wrapped the child in plastic so they intended for it to die. I think a "special place in hell" is a given.

    Not necessarily. I know a guy whose hair was thinning and he asked a tattoo artist (a GOOD one) if he could tattoo some hair on his head. I was stunned when I saw him a month after the tattoos were done. I forgot about the tattoo conversation we had a couple months prior and he looked really different and in a good way. The artist simply tattooed half inch thin lines on his head that matched his hair color and it looked like he had hair again.
