Quit lying to this guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahhahahahhahahhhahahaha 50 means, IF you are in amazing shape, you have 10 more productive years of your life. maximum. all exercise at 50 is half what it was at 20, but at 60 it will really approach zero levels. This means you will look old to everyone. lol. 50's is where you get depressed, mid-life crisis, mortality, forget stuff, walk into stuff.....doomed. 50's is where people think you are 50. sure, one might think 30 and one might think 40, but 99% know near 50. 50's is where you are the oldest person in the room. 50's is where you might need pills from the hospital or you die. 50's is the last remining time to do anything..............................and odds are low you will if you haven't already. enjoy!!!! lol.

Thai public health minister CANCELS Covid vaccine rules
BananaStrong replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
It's funny UNTIL the 180 change changes your life. Today, 800,000. Tomorrow, 8,000,000. There are enough red flags to know anything is possible here. Yes, you can buy a house!!! Everyone buys. Then, nope, just kidding!!!! -
we all want to see what we want to see..... I see CM as the best city in the world, and Dutch cities really declining to levels much, much worse than before when I enjoyed visiting there. CM really has everything for me, and the pace is simply too fast and great for the old timers who cannot adapt!!!!! lol or I could say the complete opposite.... again, everyone paints the picture they want. Clearly TONS of people love CM, clearly. It's like seeing a bad story on America and then reading about 10000 zillion people trying to get in to America....your mind must pick one story that it will like, something simple, easy to process without any real research. Thailand will be great until I leave, then its best days will be gone and it will all go downhill until I die...and then Thailand will never recover because I said so.....lol.

Why carry Rubles when the ruble could crash at any second!!!!! Why not carry the best, safest, strongest, and best looking currency on the planet, used everywhere!!!!! Why carry ruoubleies or whatever that might not be accepted anywhere? what smells is my intellect burning a hole through the garbage!!!!! hahhahahahahahhahah.

Thailand Ties With Italy in Top 10 Places to Retire
BananaStrong replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
As we get older, we MUST believe all was lost in our lifetime!!!!! lol. Imagine if we said, "In the past it was horrible, now I'm old and it's the greatest and will only get better." Nah, old people like to say, "It was way better before, now doomed, these kids will never see it as great as I did." Unfortunately, Thailand in the year 2287 will be the greatest place in the Universe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
I hope the tests are 1500 baht per foreigner, 50 baht Thai. Positive, Quarantine for 100,000 to save the planet!!!!! I'm not flying in our out in the near term, so I'm hopeful for absolute chaos. fun to watch. and I simply think we are past the point of vax people dying from COVID withOUT underlying conditions.

Thailand Ties With Italy in Top 10 Places to Retire
BananaStrong replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Before, money got you the Number 1 rating. Now 10th. Soon 100th. Then last. These lists are soooooo 1990's. Land of the Smoke, Noise, Immigration, Xenophobia, Aids, oil, plastic, fakeness, and Pattaya!!!! but also Land of the Sun, Cheap living, nice people, lots of food, nature, and easy to mail stuff. lol. If I gave everyone 1 million US, I would guess 80% would leave tomorrow. even if married, kids, etc.... lol -
He tried to hide behind Bali Hai Pier’s foundation post, but rescuers were eventually able to lasso him with a rope and lifted him off the water onto a boat after over an hour. at first, I was skeptical of his mental health issues (Title should have an "s"), but after reading this I've decided he definitely has tons of mental problems. Only in Thailand!!!! LOS, home of the nutjobs and land of the loud (neighbors screaming at 1:30, thanks neighbors for drinking every night and yelling forever, I'm moving in 2 months. lol. !!!)

I’m a good swimmer compared to Thais. I remember one swim teacher was creepy, weird indoor pool my mom took me to. Swam with the high school team for a year, but horrible results. Good cross training for real sports. Lol. Then everyone took steroids and they all looked liked monsters…….lol. but, yeah, you gotta learn. It’s fun holding your breath underwater and seeing if you can get to 2 minutes. Not easy for me

just moved to pattaya
BananaStrong replied to rickthailand's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I'm sorry. Deeply sorry. Red flags were everywhere. Warnings given. Threads in abundance. Unfortunately, this is this point of no return. Pattaya is derived from a latin word meaning, "Remove soul." RIP -
I like super obese broke farang with lots of tattoos and an inability to take a shower or speak one correct word of Thai while having no friends, zero education, and clearly no self-esteem who likes to drink all day and complain all night while wondering how life has been so cruel and nobody taught them how to write shorter sentences.

“You buffalo!” How this animal became an insult in Thai
BananaStrong replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Tell me about it!!!!! I'm at a festival and I just booked a room at the HYATT. I screamed to everyone, hey I'm staying at the Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiat. luckily I'm Chuck Norris. when a teacher back in the day, TONS Of kids would call their friends a buffalo and there was never one fight. But whatever, it's fun to imagine one word can have this affect. -

BananaStrong replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
and how many of the males are ladyboys? about 31,000,000. hahahahaahha only two genders is triggering!!!!! woke people unite!!!!! I can't wait until we get a census with 103222 different genders, which doesn't really matter since it only matters where you live and if you can vote. -
What time do you go to sleep? (Poll)
BananaStrong replied to BananaStrong's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
I definitely getting around 8 hours of sleep. If I wear my watch, it's about 3 hours of deep sleep and like 1 or 2 hours (I think 1, forget) of REM sleep. the rest is light sleep, which might mean I'm sleeping too much? who knows. today only easy exercise, no nap. but I want to get up around 5 am and make coffee and exercise early.....so maybe 9:30 tonight. it definitely feels cool in the morning, until you start exercising......then it feels nice. I can't remember the last time I went to bed after 1 a.m. years, maybe. and there was a time when I couldn't remember going to bed before midnight. and then when i was a kid having NO idea why my parents got tired after work. lol -
What's a fair price per hour for online teaching?
BananaStrong replied to Irrumator's topic in Teaching in Thailand Forum
Some students are easier, some have more money, and sometimes you feel like you have more free time to teach (example: a good time for you). Absolute minimum is 300, regardless. Top end is 1000. OK, now we have a range. If rich, go from 700 and don't settle under 500. rich people will think it's better if more expensive. if poor and you like them, 300. really, why not discriminate? some students are better and easier. I'd advertise group sessions........1000 for 3 students, one hour. note: I'm not a fan of online language teaching at all. write a book, do youtube, try patreon, whatever....I've talked with soooooooooooooo many parents upset with the quality of online teaching during covid. not your fault, but that's the perception now. -
2 week millionaires. and some actually are actual millionaires in USD. I get it, when you are in Thailand for a long time as an expat, 5000 seems like A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!! lol In 1998, I took a client out for dinner in Chicago. 10,000 baht. Next week, NYC, 12,000 baht for two. Keep it in baht so we can all follow. In 2001, spending 2 million on a speculative investment. bro, the world has money!!!!!! OK, back to my 20 baht noodle soup!!!!!

Corpse Found Inside Sunken Car in Chonburi Reservoir
BananaStrong replied to snoop1130's topic in Pattaya News
If I wasn't working, I wouldn't be missed. lol. 10 days is nothing. Sure, if I didn't pay rent they would eventually miss my MONEY, not me. lol. Yea, yea, sure many people would say they thought about me, but not enough to go looking for me. lol. "friends" and "good friends" and "acquaintances" are not the same. It's kind of the reason I came to Thailand. lol. Back home, and a few years back, much, much different..... -
Let me play Devil's advocate for a second......lol WE KNOW ABOUT PATTAYA!!!!!! We all know it's actually really dirty, shady, and if I had kids I would NEVER tell them to visit. so, this engineer knew the risks for sure. wanted excitement? nobody goes to Pattaya for the seafood. Pattaya is false smiles, sure. But if he went to, say, Udon Thani, the odds of this happening goes way down!!!! Could happen to all of us, but Pattaya clearly offers more risk. He knew he could have chosen Udon and didn't. NOT his fault at all!!!! Not blaming him at all. But I'm sure every falang in Pattaya knows it's sus.
