Why the hush money case against Donald Trump is on shaky ground
cmjl replied to Social Media's topic in World News
I can't decide whether your posts are written very tongue in cheek or if you believe everything you've written. I could name an ex PM who also fits the description above,I think you'll find that if you dug deep enough you'd be able to find plenty of dirt on the majority of those in power, there's an old saying 'power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely' which tells you all you need to know about the state of the world,it's not just America. -
Tattoo Artist Detained for Alleged Sexual Assault of a 13-Year-Old Girl
cmjl replied to snoop1130's topic in Phuket News
What a horrible individual,he deserves everything he has coming to him (preferably death). Why was a 13yo girl going to get a tattoo never mind unsupervised? -
Why the hush money case against Donald Trump is on shaky ground

What happened to innocent until proven guilty? As I'm not an American it doesn't matter to me but as I said in an earlier post to be a politician they first need to learn to lie, then there are 3 kinds of lies - lies, damn lies and statistics and I think if those of you who are rooting for dozy Biden opened their eyes and did some research they might find that Biden also has feet of clay. -
Why the hush money case against Donald Trump is on shaky ground
cmjl replied to Social Media's topic in World News
He's a politician just like dozy Biden,I reckon you'd have a job finding an honest politician the world over,as a friend of mine says 'if a politician is talking the chances are he's lying',we are told what politicians want us to believe, the truth doesn't come in to it,after all 'repeat a lie often enough and it becomes truth' and to be a 'good' politician first learn to lie. -

I agree, what I was complaining about was the fact that our water bottles were taken off us AFTER check in,Air Asia is the ONLY airline (and the most uncomfortable)that I have had the misfortune to travel with that have had the audacity to do that and then not provide free water on a long haul flight, needless to say we won't be travelling with them again.
-
So does Air Asia as we found out when taking a flight to Oz,bottled water bought after check in was taken off us,they then tried selling us water on the flight,on principle we refused!

Concern Over Spread Of Covid-19, Nearly 10,000 Cases A Day
cmjl replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
With any subject we can all find arguments to suit our way of thinking and there will always be so called 'experts' (often getting paid to suit an agenda)who will push there ideals be it brexit, covid, climate change etc -
Concern Over Spread Of Covid-19, Nearly 10,000 Cases A Day
cmjl replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Just wondering, has this rise got anything to do with the high humidity combined with very high pollution levels causing those who are susceptible to get ill plus we all have to die at some point -
Moving older Thai children to the UK
cmjl replied to Rich888's topic in Visas and migration to other countries
The UK used to have a high standard of schooling,I'm not so sure now, everything has been dumbed down with the result that standards have dropped and from what you say the older child possibly wouldn't cope with the English school system.Like others have said I would be inclined to let them finish their schooling in an excellent Thai school then decide what they want out of life. With tongue in cheek they could cheat the system and cross the channel in a rubber dingy and claim asylum! -
Belgian tourist brutally attacked in Hua Hin, friend seeks justice
cmjl replied to webfact's topic in Hua Hin and Cha-Am News
The problem with having someone like that loose 'on the street' is that they are then free to attack another innocent person and next time it could be a fatal assault -
As already suggested, why not have the tooth taken out, you'll still be able to chew and you would should be able to manage without a denture.

Thai man arrested for murder of his 10 year old daughter
cmjl replied to webfact's topic in Central Thailand News
As Napat's mother was alive although her father told Napat differently I suspect she was murdered out of spite. It takes a brave person to commit suicide, this monster is a snivelling coward -
Have you thought that maybe he's got nothing better to do so decided to see who he could get a rise out of!

Pattaya Van Driver Dies After Falling Asleep and Hitting Truck
cmjl replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
As it says he died in the drivers seat one would presume he was wearing a seat belt,he's hit something heavier and the impact has broken his neck. -
As I understand it,Europe have been charging the UK an export tax since Brexit, the useless UK government should have imposed the import duties at the same time, they didn't because they couldn't get their act together(what's new),today the news is full of UK farmers going to go bust because they no longer get subsidies from the corrupt EU and before the remoaners start agreeing with that-where the heck do you think the money for the subsidies came from in the first place,it came from the British tax payer, paid into the grasping hands of the corrupt regime known as the EU who then doled out a small amount back to the UK as various subsidies the rest went to feather the nests of all the politicians and their hangers on in Brussels and Strasbourg. Please also note that the Brexit that was voted for has not yet been implemented and I doubt it ever will be, so those remoaners who keep blaming Brexit for all the ills in the UK need to first check their facts,it would help if those who are supposedly in charge knew how to balance the books(never mind cook them).
