I like the way the reporter uses the term pungent. Its such a wonderful word. Brings up thoughts of Icelandic Dried Shark or Plah Rah left out too long. -

GOP Targets Federal Judges for Impeachment Over Rulings Against Trump
Yagoda replied to Social Media's topic in World News
I dont think these Judges should be impeached. I beleive disqualification is the remedy. They are clearly biased, look at this garbage from Beryl Howell after DENYING another lawfare attempt. “I am very offended by how DOGE has operated at the institute and treated American citizens trying to do a job that they were statutorily tasked to do at the institute,” Howell said. “But that concern about how this has gone down is not one that can sway me in my consideration of the factors for a [temporary restraining order], which is an emergency relief that is extraordinary.” https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/5204061-federal-judge-blocks-usip-takeover/ Emphasis mine. I would argue in light of her record, and those remarks, that she be taken off the wheel for new cases against the government. Who would argue against that except someone who doesnt want impartiality? -
I want him to level Iran. Hes weak 🙂

If you want the maximalist lifestyle, use a siphon. I use a Phin. They key on a Phin is the grind, so you may need to grind your own. But its the fastest good cup you will get. https://nguyencoffeesupply.com/blogs/news/vietnamese-coffee-phin-filter-stainless-steel Clean up is the easiest. I use an insulated mug to keep it how. Ive retired my French Press for a while.

I did Bangkok twice and Pattaya once. Thats enough. Last year, the day after, for some dumb reason I walked down Sivutha Road in Siem Reap and when I neared Pub Street in the heat of the noonday sun, the waves of urine stench just washed over me. They were using high pressure hoses to clean up. Gross. They are having events at Angkor Wat, it should be more sedate and I might go

Maine folds like a cheap suit. So much winning I cant stand it. https://www.foxnews.com/sports/maine-universities-agree-keep-trans-athletes-out-womens-sports-after-trump-admin-pauses-funding "After the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) initiated a Title IX compliance review regarding federal funding, the University of Maine System (UMaine) has clearly communicated its compliance with Title IX’s requirement to protect equal opportunities for women and girls to compete in safe and fair sports, as articulated in President Donald J. Trump’s Executive Order," the USDA said in its announcement. "Any false claim by the UMaine can, and will, result in onerous and even potentially criminal financial liability."

Its a far more complex legal question than he thinks. District Judges have an inflated opinion of themselves. But off to the Supreme Court eventually. The whole debate is based on "jurisdiction". Can you explain both sides to us? -
https://amgreatness.com/2025/03/20/the-left-knew-they-were-lying-to-us-all-along/ Have we ever seen an apology here from all the folks who pushed and still push lies on this Forum?. Of course, many have slunk away after the election, but you still see the same lies everyday. Watch for the answers to the questions: 1. Was the the whole Russia shebang a hoax? 2. Was Joe Biden competent to be President? 3. Was the Hunter Bide Laptop real? Maybe it is a mental illness. Watch the flames and sad/confused emojis to follow. I guess some liars have no shame.

So you have just selected an assertion, read one paragraph and made your reasoned conclusion? OK here is the contrary https://scholar.smu.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1064&context=smulrforum (For the norms here who alwys seek to learn, its very well written) Now, since you oppose Presidential immunity, you would support indicting Barak Obama for murdering American citizen? Again, for the forum, and so its clear, the questions on Presidential Power set forth above are "foolish rhetorical questions" that show "massive ignorance? Correct? Watch him avoid the Barak question again and the ones about his opinion of Presidential power. He will babble something cut and pasted from somewhere, without understanding, with a sprinking of sad and confused emojis and flames from his sycophants.
