  1. Not necessarily; perhaps she was just overly ripe. A photo wouldn't help with that.
  2. Definitely a news article..... in video format. From a Thai news source as well. Look again sLoWlY......
  3. This type of finish is called "Loft" style and comes in a variety of colours, for both inside & out and is available from all major retailers as well as online from the usual suspects.
  4. Marijuana Anonymous.Org...... What a cop out!! Still anything to try and be relevant I suppose, especially from Hollywood.
  5. They got me with the O-A insurance scam but, 'catch me once shame on you; catch me twice shame on me.' It won't be happening again Somchai because, marriage doesn't scare me.....
  6. Not if it's required from your home country as per an application for an OA Visa they won't.
  7. Discerning between the two if it was just rubber gloves sliding across nipples could prove difficult for a first timer A deliberate grope on the other hand....
  8. Here's detailed info on the requirements @James Roderick https://riderchris.com/transporting-motorcycle-thailand-train/ You can also send by ThaiPost.
  9. Inappropriately; according to someone who's probably gone back for colour & shading on her first tatt....... on her chest.???? Just doing his job; while trying to be professional regarding accidentally brushing her nips to get in the right position. Obviously it wasn't as inappropriate as she first thought.... Despite the incident, she resolved to finish the tattoo, only breaking down in tears once she left the shop.
  10. Same same @Andrew Dwyer Baht 2000 fee + 800,000 in bank for 2 months to apply for non O, then 1900 fee for 12 months extension. All done at immigration office, legal and above board. @Hakuna Matata seems to be one of those rare birds who know everything but know nothing and speaks out of their colaca.
  11. Sure , it's no secret..... This link explains it. https://legal.co.th/resources/visa-immigration-law/thailand-immigration-law/retirement-visas-thailand-retirees-grandfathered-status/
  12. Okay slight difference but an image search on Lazada throws this up, so, perhaps the usual suspects; HomePro, Global etc. Good luck ????
  13. I ran into the same problem in Oz back in March, though they were at least replying to emails regarding the situation and as advised in another thread came in Visa Exempt and changed to non O at my local immigration office. Easy solution if you already have money in bank.
  14. Consenting group sex between people of any age over sixteen is ok? But having intimate private photos of someone under eighteen is an offense. Now that really is bonkers....... "Even though the age of consent is 16 in the UK, these are common questions, so we'll answer them directly here. Both are ok in the eyes of the law – once you turn 16 you can legally have sex with anyone else who is also over the age of consent, but sexting with anyone under 18 is illegal." https://www.themix.org.uk/crime-and-safety/your-rights/age-of-consent-9106.html#:~:text=Even though the age of,anyone under 18 is illegal.
  15. He'll be needing 'Freedom to Marry' documents to get married in February '24 and those are only valid for three months. Nowhere near ready to make the trip to local Amphoe IMO.
  16. No; it's not a fake site. It's the Sydney Consulate site, who make up their own financial requirements. They want Health Insurance if applying for a Non O as well. Hence why I came in visa exempt. As advised previously in the thread the Canberra Embassy doesn't inflate the requirements. . .
  17. I'll treat that question with the contempt in which it was asked. In the meantime, here's what's happening regarding your argument. It's as clear as mud...... https://neoskosmos.com/en/2023/06/11/dialogue/opinion/new-ato-ruling-can-you-be-a-tax-resident-of-australia-if-working-temporarily-in-greece/
  18. Shock horror; yes I've edited your post; so as not to subject anyone else having to read your version of 'War&Peace' to get to your supposition of what others may or may not do. John Smith may not just let it end at whatever Centrelink tells him and do some of the other options you've given. If John's brother James gets his pension paid direct into a Thai bank account from the RBA and they try to pull the rubbish you're spouting, he may very well turn his personal situation into a nightmare for the bureaucracy; just through short irregular travel movements back to Oz. Unless of course your vision of 183 days must be in one single block. There's always more than one way to skin a cat. You have a very low opinion of your fellow Australians if you believe your John Smith analogy re the High Court & MP letter option and wholly accepting what Centrelink will tell them and are being quite disingenuous regarding protesting in Bangkok. Or is that simply a poor attempt at baiting?
  19. G'day @Stubby, sorry no recommendations for a driver, but, which office did you go to? I've bought two motorcycles and transferred them both at the Nong Hoi branch, without any trouble. However, the car had to be transferred at the branch out on Hang Dong road.
  20. From the perspective of an Australian Aged Pensioner who only receives the aged pension; after contacting both Centrelink & ATO I have no fear from the argument that @Khun Heineken keeps pushing because, the aged pension has a tax free threshold, as well as being eligible for the Low Income Tax Offset and the Seniors and Pensioners Tax Offset (SAPTO). People in this cohort are not required to pay any tax, no matter their place of residence and therefore cannot be caught up in this protracted 'Tax Residency' nonsense. In fact they can even earn up to $33,000 before being eligible to pay any tax in Oz. Those of you who are Self Funded, earning income that is taxable however, are in an entirely different cohort. So, probably best to stop with the fear mongering. Pay the proscribed tax or go home for the required days. I'm sure you can all afford it........ If you can't; spare a though for those of us on only the aged pension which gets penalised when we leave through the removal of supplements after six weeks anyhow. Geez.... "Who doesn't have to lodge a tax return in Australia? You usually don't need to lodge a tax return where: your income is under the tax-free threshold ($18,200) no tax has been withheld from that income." https://www.ato.gov.au/individuals/your-tax-return/how-to-lodge-your-tax-return/lodge-a-non-lodgment-advice/#:~:text=You usually don't need, been withheld from that in come.
