No Western european Country is going to arrest Netanyahu and as I am from the UK, Europe doesn't tell us what to do . The ICJ Court case was about allegations of genocide and Countries supported the allegations being tried by a Judge , a Court case to judge whether the allegations had any merit . Of course Countries are going to support the rule of law being upheld . It wasn't a Court case about palestinian statehood . Ireland and Spain have always been hostile to Israel .
