That is with the parents consent , if the Parents make a compliant with the Police about an under 18 having sex, then it becomes a crime . The under 18 can even withdraw her consent after the sex and make a police complaint the next day . Read the whole law, rather than just one paragraph -

You'd better go and talk to your mate , otherwise he might not buy you another drink . Did he pay lady drinks price or did he pay normal price ? Will he have to pay a bar fine if he takes you out the bar ? -

Anything younger than 18 and then child prostitution laws come into a effect and it becomes a rape of a child and taking a child away from its parents and a few other things -

I did mean , like what advice would you expect from C.A and its quite difficult to get a job if you are older and unqualified and haven't worked in years . Its not a case of popping in and coming out with a house and a job

Israel's response isn't actually a war crime and its a legal response to being at war . Israel is fighting a war with Hamas in Gaza and some buildings are getting damaged in the process of the war . It is legal and it isn't a war crime

It could well end up in a World war with the free Western Countries fighting against the oppressive regimes of China , Iran and Russia . Some of the Russians , Iranians and Chinese people will side with the free Western Countries , some westerners will side with the oppressive regimes
