Personally, I would boycott any business with any such bigoted discrimination policy about anyone. Decent people would do the same. But when it comes to attitudes towards Jews, indecency is very common.

Well you could go to a country that bans all Israelis for political reasons such as Malaysia or Indonesia. Thailand is never going to do that. As far as extra security for Chabad centers, can you provide actual evidence of such extra costs, if any? I do know that Jewish spaces globally have security concerns and the actual security protection mechanics (whether from the Jewish community, state, or a mix) are specific to specific situations.

National bans when they exist aren't. If a private business wants to ban anyone for any reason fairly or not that's OK if discrimination is legal in their locality.
