As far as mainstream lesbian/gay support for transgender people's civil rights, consider that the maga movement is STARTING with trashing civil rights for transgender Americans but already moving to attack more general lesbian/gay civil rights as well. It's already started. Cases trying to reverse marriage equality will definitely be headed to the supreme court to same lying "justices" who swore that Roe vs. Wade was settled law.
