In case you weren't being sarcastic, no, he doesn't HAVE to be straight. -
Yes I mostly agree with that but there will need other still viable alternative countries.

I think if you buy in the store the minimum order is only 6 bottles, not 12. 12 for online.

Thailand prepares airports for quarantine-free travellers

Any testing at all on arrival of vaccinated and pre flight tested arrivals is literally OVERKILL. OVERKILL of any hopes of any kind of tourism recovery this year. Next ... -
I've made it clear several times that I prefer to stay in Thailand. If you didn't know before, now you know. I and many others here feel that it's wise to have a Plan B (as so many people have been squeezed out of here over the years due to visa enforcement policy changes, one never knows if they're next). You're ridiculously exaggerating the situation in expat draw havens like Cuenca, Ecuador although it's certainly not crime free but neither is any big city in North America. It's almost comical but it's still blatant fear mongering. It's funny that you mention political instability. Were you here during the great unpleasantness here?

There you go again. Your post requires context. Ecuador has recently elected a more right wing president. Recently there was the worst prison violence in Ecuadors' history in Guayaquil. Gang warfare. 116 dead. Many decapitations. Horrible indeed. The day after that historic tragedy the new president declared this state of emergency. Here is your context. Guayaquil is not popular with expats. Prisons there even less popular. Presidents are under political pressure to take bold actions after major events. As mentioned the state of emergency is technically national, but if you look a tad deeper, the president announced the main focus is on a limited number of problematic provinces. I have heard of no uptick in violence in Cuenca or beach areas like Manta, where most expats go. As with anywhere, it depends on WHERE in the country you plan to go what your level of crime risk will be. Ecuador remains a popular lower cost, easier financial level, retirement option for expats. The door in Ecuador has not closed. I'm not aware of any other Latin American nation that is currently open that is in imminent danger of closing. Don't mention Venezuela -- that's not for expats.

Perhaps open your own small Cafe and blast out Wagnerian operas? -
That's a disgusting lie. They do work in preventing hospitalizations and death. Not 100 percent but still very effective.

They're police. They have the right to ask all the questions that they want. I wouldn't toy with them. They have all the power. We have none. -

SURVEY: Nov. opening, will it be a success, a good start or a failure?

That's a totally disingenuous diversion. Who said this was about Thai nationals needing visas or not? You certainly didn't. Can't you just be a big boy and admit you were wrong? -
Torrenting in Thailand riskless; Internetprovider

I think stremio is great especially for things that you watch regularly like series that are not dropped all at once and shows like Daily Show / Colbert. But as it directly accesses torrent sites to source the streaming, I see it is a kind of a wonderful combination of both. I wonder why we don't seem to hear about Stemio very often here. I learned about it from an expat in Colombia. -

Mexico. No vaccination certificate or pre flight test needed either. Don't you dare say Mexico isn't a major country. -

Thailand is a grim place for those that used to attend English language live theater. However, there are some filmed versions of live shows that give a taste. Definitely better than nothing! For example: Come From Away Canadians are Better Have you kissed the Cod? Falsettos (OK, you win a prize if you can find this, but it is possible.) -

The vaccine requirement is reasonable. The before travel test is reasonable. The after arrival one day quarantine and test is not reasonable will be a deal killer for the vast majority of potential travelers. If they're happy with low numbers, they can call it a success. -
I think the base minimum of 400K but the higher the better. Obviously if it's higher the income flow can be reduced accordingly. As with the full income method, the deposits need to be monthly and coded as foreign sourced. Check with your local office to see if they will even process such applications and if so what are their particular rules. They really are more complicated arguably MUCH more complicated and best avoided unless you absolutely need to do it that way. In other words if you don't have the 65K income do the full 800K bank method if you can.

I agree 100 percent. But again any reports of enforcement have specifically involved porn. Not because of the downloading. Because of the porn. -

Any thoughts on ISPs and Stremio? It's basically torrenting directly to streaming.
