Well for my yearly retirement visa, they would not accept my "credit advise's" for my income but they did accept 15k to turn a blind eye! Also they never answer their phones or answer their emails! Am I gonna get sued now?

I did a little research. It was hard to find because no articles said what hotel it was. Probably didnt want legal problems. They are insanely tough on bad reviews here. It was the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket. Here is a photo of the huge staircase by the pool...

So, I had to renew my yearly retirement visa by June. I ended up getting 3 seperate "credit advises". One for March, April and May. I also applied for the monthly "credit advise" emails and a yearly print out of all my "credit advises" with Bangkok Bank. I use a visa broker who only works through the Central Festival Immigration office. All the agents there will not accept credit advises for visas, period, and that I must go to the main office near the airport. So I contacted another broker who said "Regarding your case, we would like to inform you that we have also encountered a similar situation. The immigration officers informed us that the bank documents provided as "Credit Advices" may not be sufficient in some cases. As for the change from FTT to TPP code with Bangkok Bank, immigration may only accept this as an exception in retirement visa applications, depending on the circumstances. Our service fee for handling this case, including all immigration fees, is 23,900 THB. -The Colonel Company (Visa Chiang Mai)" So it looks like there is a process were brokers can pay off immigration and get a waiver for your income proof. I ended up using my broker who did the same thing at Central Festival for 20,500 THB. This sounds crooked as hell but I had no choice unless I went to the Airport Immigration and walked my own paperwork, incuding my credit advises, through the process. I am in a wheelchair and just going to Dr appointments are legistical nightmare so I avoid Immigration and DMV offices like the plague. I have written and called multiple Immigration offices, multiple times, and have not received a single email back nor is anyone answering the phone! It is like no one in there!!! 🙄 GRRRRR.... 😡
