  1. It's also the acceleration and how the car handles the high speed. The Japanese cars drive like a boat in comparison to a C43. Also, kickdown etc. Some people have fun driving these cars as it's a completely different feeling. There's a ~20km stretch on Pattaya <-> BKK road which is like Autobahn+.
  2. It's a very homogeneous society. Doesn't only apply to cars. Did you notice where the ATMs stand in Thailand? And they won't get blown up like in Germany. If an ATM would be placed in Germany in a public place like in Thailand it would take a day until a stolen car would drive into it or it getting blown to pieces by some home made IED.
  3. Once you go for a night drive from BKK to Pattaya you will understand the difference between a sports car 300+ HP and a normal car.
  4. Oh, nothing changes for you? Oh, right, you're living in isolation, as I said. I am paying triple the amount for electricity in Germany because the US in an act of war attacked our pipeline and decided to go all in vs. Russia. We got 1 million Ukrainians living on welfare (additionally to the 5 million muslims) in Germany while the Germans who work get taxed by 50%. Soon, the muslims from Gaza who don't want to get slaughtered will arrive in Germany as well. Thank you, everybody!
  5. She can stab you while in an emotional crisis. Anyway, how did it turn out since its 1+ year later?
  6. Yep. It's funny for the Anti-White crowd on this forum to call for law and order while forgetting that the Thai justice system is a complete joke.
  7. Whites got indoctrinated to hate themselves. The only group that does that.
  8. Funny, San Miguel Light with the lemon stuck in, was the go to drink for all the bar girls in Pattaya in the years I was there. Seems their marketing also made it in Thailand.
  9. I assume you are living in isolation. US - the mad brute on it's last breath - and their masters currently forcing global wars on us everywhere. America First politic means no wars in former Soviet republics anymore and no mass Arab immigration where nobody will remember or forced to forget why they are arriving in the EU to live on welfare in the first place.
  10. I don't know but probably yes. You will have to check the requirements for Thai nationals.
  11. Speculation as well. I don't hear that in the video.
  12. 70% of the Phillipines isn't really affected. "Plus for Thailand" - Nah.
  13. I read reports that the gun was fired. Seems the cop shot at them for not stopping at a checkoint. That makes the 'he's trying to kill us' statement from the video plausible. After recent propaganda from high politicians that all White foreigners are criminals, the behavior of the cop shooting at them seems plausible as well.
  14. I feel like this is case is already political and higher ups involved. Some Thais don't want to disrupt the Swiss-Thai relationship.
  15. What does Wise have to do with your bank? It's like 'is Wise okay if I use a different card to load it'.
  16. He had made so bad staff choice who all worked against him. And the entire Washington bureaucracy was working against him as well. I can remember the time under Trump vs. now. I would say, Trump is the last hope for the world to save us from eternal darkness. Trump's biggest flaw is, he's a total Zionist.
  17. No, yeah. Exactly, word is, even the 2nd and 3rd extensions are now only 2 month.
  18. @simon43 You should take your time the first couple of months and make an extensive holiday. I will do the same soon and have added places where I want to stay at least a month each. Angeles City: Because of the Walking Street it has a expat crowd and also many restaurants as it's focusing on tourists. The city is a dump though from what I gathered. Baguio: The north seems to have colder weather. Can't say much about it but the city is a dump as well. Need to check it out anyway. Boracay: Seems to be very touristic (probably some light version of Phuket while replacing the Russians with Koreans) but also has off-seasons where it seems to empty. I would guess, very good air and the place has many restaurants and so. Duamagette: I have to stay there a bit to check out if this would be the place to connect to other expats. It's also on the Island 'Negros' which seem to have beautiful daughters. Siargao: Going to kite surfing in late 2024. It's definitely worthy a visit but they have big issues with tsunamis. I can also recommend getting Elon's Starlink as it's basically 24/7 perfect Internet even at remote places (yes, you can travel with it).
  19. Sounds like every Soi in Thailand.
  20. Word is, people only receive 2 months extensions now instead of 3 or 6.
  21. Yep. I had to choose between Thailand and the Philippines and Thailand has no real visa option for under 50 yo's and it taxes my income (wtf) and the Phillipines has territorial tax regime which means I don't pay taxes anymore! It was so easy to choose Phillipines and will make the move soon!
  22. Good thing is, once you are in the Phillipines you could probably save the 40% tax on your pension. Either you receive the pension automatically tax free or you would have to register for taxes in the Phillipines but then you would have to pay 0%. This would potentially also work with countries like Germany which taxes pension on the source because of the Double Taxation Agreement between Germany and the Phillipines. You would have to check how it works with your country.
