  1. Well if you ever finally make it out of the second grade then maybe you'll be even better off than your current occupation of posting pedantic drivel 24/7.
  2. I met two really intelligent single women and I was interested in marrying one of them, but I was having difficulty to decide. One has a PhD in physics and the other is a brain surgeon. Guess which one I chose? Scroll down for the answer... The one with the big tiits, of course!
  3. The polar opposite of GammaGooberman.
  4. maybe one day you'll get an award for posting the greatest number of one star topics on AN.
  5. if there was a "delete this post because nobody can be arsed to give a flying pfoonk" button that would be even better. but that is the world we live in now. people with boring and meaningless lives can find a platform to bang on about every inane thing they do all day, even when the flush the turrlet.
  6. My post was total sarcasm. Guess you don't follow the local media much. They constantly raid go-go bars, hostess clubs, and brothels in Thailand claiming they found no evidence of prostitution.
  7. duck.com for searches. The only safe way to fly.
  8. What a waste of a conversation. The government has proven to the public countless times that prostitution does not exist in any form at all in Thailand. So people need to focus on other subjects that aren't pure pulp fiction and stop trying to tarnish the country's pristine reputation!
  9. I'm poor and uneducated and I smoke a sh*t tons of weed. But I know a guy who is a genius, has more money than he knows what to do with, and he smokes twice as much as me. So now what? My above comment is about as pointless and inconclusive as this entire inane thread.
  10. An episode titled "The Thing That Wouldn't Leave" right out of the Twilight Zone. Chick gets dumped by her boyfriend and then runs off, in a state of unparalleled delusion, telling all of her friends that she's getting married to the bloke. You can't make this sh*t up, but in Thailand this pathetic grandstanding at the higher echelons of power doesn't really surprise anyone either.
  11. Every post in this topic reads like baiting and that it was written by the same person. I wonder who it could possibly be?
  12. Pure lunatic mayhem, lies, propaganda, and conspiracy theories. Lots of middle aged peroxide blond presenters in short dresses and layers of plastic face paint trying to look attractive. It's pretty sickening to think it even has a place in the mainstream. It's basically a live streaming tabloid posing as a form of reality.
  13. Has anyone tried the Blue Mystic? It's got a pretty good kick. I've tried a number of these 30 Baht strains and that's the first one that put a solid lock in place for me. Their photo doesn't really do it justice. It's got a nice rich green color though and some good orange streaks in the buds. Also, Shogun has a lot of nice sticky resin and some big buds. Royal Gorilla and Green Gelato are less impressive.
  14. wouldn't you suspect that local growers, with large operations and resources, access to lower cost of supplies and materials, possibly even lower cost of labor, etc. can get their cost basis even lower?
  15. Sounds like good fetish fun and, now that the truth has been revealed, it all makes a lot more sense how things all went down. Nothing like serving up some flaccid tube steak smothered in underwear to a couple of famished old grannies who are grateful for any attention, knowing that they already have some heavy mileage on their wizard sleeves. Did you also play the double bass for them? Always a big crowd pleaser.
  16. This is absolutely nothing new. Originally, Thailand was scheduled to start collecting a Tourist Tax from 1 January 2022 in the amount of 300 baht per person (for air passengers; arrivals by land or water would pay 150 baht). However, because of Covid-19, it was then rescheduled to start being collected on 1 April 2022, but that was also opposed by tour operators, causing the government to put off the collection until June 2023. Then in early 2023 they scrapped the whole idea again. At one point they were going to even call the 300 Baht tourist tax a tax fund tax to protect hospitals from tourists in places like Phuket where they supposedly don't pay their hospital bills. Now it's back as a tourist numbers reduction tax. Seems eventually they are going to come up with some hare brained reason for it that people will finally broadly accept and then the tax will go into place. So it isn't a matter of if, but when. And it isn't going to reduce tourism numbers or help anything else, but it's going to give someone at the top a lot more extra free money.
  17. you actually did what? i know i did what. i mean i actually did do that. i mean you know what i mean. actually did you or do you? well, does that cover it all now khun har har? so what is the joke actually? something to do with you actually doing it? please tell so we can solve this mystery. but what is this about actually?
  18. But that was already established as the intended outcome.
  19. I even knew about it before I knew about it. And even back then I knew about it before I knew about it. Well, let's just say I knew about it.
  20. A few nice pieces shown here, but prices are high. Must still be some kicking around up north at lower prices. https://www.delcampe.net/en_US/collectibles/search?search_mode=all&excluded_terms=&term=opium+weight&payment_methods[]=paypal&payment_methods[]=delcampe_pay&display_ongoing=ongoing&display_state=ongoing&started_days=&started_hours=&ended_hours=&display_only=&min_price=&max_price=&currency=all&seller_localisation_continent=&seller_localisation_country=&seller_localisation_choice=world&view=gallery&order=sale_start_datetime
  21. Thanks. I bought mine in the 90s. It weighs 310 grams. I can't tell you if it's a fake or not, but, when I bought it, it appeared to have some dust or dirt wedged between the feet of the animal so when I got home I stuck a tweezers in there to pull it out and it turned out to be a tiny piece of cannabis. After that, I assumed it was actually previously used in some sort of trade in the Golden Triangle, possibly between Thailand and Burma or Thailand and Laos. Anyway, I had a look on eBay. I see they're selling similar ones to mine for around ฿2,000-3,000 plus another ฿1,000-1,500 for shipping to Thailand from overseas. I assume when I got mine I paid a few hundred Baht for it. Possibly 500 Baht at most. I'm not really concerned whether mine is real or not, but I wouldn't mind to get a couple more of around the same weight to add to this one on the shelf. I was thinking, maybe people would still sell them in Thailand. So I had a look on Facebook Marketplace but couldn't seem to find any. Perhaps they can still be found up in the north in markets and antique shops around Chiang Rai.
