  1. You can tie an exercise band around them and use it like a V bar.

  3. I went to Hua Hin for 2 weeks and loved it.
  4. Abusing minors won't bring happiness. If an adult can't find happiness elsewhere there is something wrong with them.
  5. With pushups you put chest to floor not your todger. Go back and do another 200 correctly.
  6. Flat bench press is a terrible exercise for those with shoulder issues.
  7. If you don't go to a gym regular or lift at home or do regular bodyweight excercises what makes you think you can do pullups? You probably can't do any. It might be a low bar for an 18yo gym goer but for most people over 50yo it's a hard exercise.
  8. Most likely as most people either don't do strength work or eat too much. When you are in a shopping mall look around and see how many people over 50yo look capable of doing pullups. You won't see many.
  9. Probably 99% of people over 50 can not do a strict pull up. Nothing personal against you.
  10. Static holds and slow eccentrics build up tendons.
  11. I do the Arnold presses for shoulders. Feel much better. Doing face pulls helps build up shoulder tendons too. Dips with weights can be dangerous too. This exercise can be replicated using cables. A lot of top bodybuilders now recommend cables for rows too as less injury risk. A chest supported one arm cable row is very good.

  14. I can do lat pulldowns with bodyweight but can't do 1 pullup as it is harder due to the need to stabilise the body which takes energy.

  22. Lots of europeans eat many desserts and don't have any excess issues which indicates diet is not that important if you don't eat in excess. Eat what you want but not in excess.
  23. Life is short, just eat foods you enjoy. You never see people living to 150 and if you don't like salad don't eat it.
  24. Air quality was terrible last month in the north. Samui is in the gulf so not really south that much. Hua Hin is a nice city and close to Bangkok.
