  9. Not correct. Body burns carbs first as glycogen is stored in the muscles then burns fat second. You never burn fat until glycogen stores are low.
  10. Calories in and out is 95% right. Nobody knows the whole picture. 1g if fat is 9 calories. 1g of protein is 4 calories. 1g of carbs is 4 calories. But excess carbs spike insulin so body stores more fat. So protein is the best macro.
