Since you are still so unhelpful, that actually resembles trolling, by refusing to post a link, I found them through Google images. Probably 20 sources for the exact same item, and they are not capable of 0.35mm. They are 0.20mm maximum. And I have read many reviews of similar devices, and they work for 3 welds, then most of them die. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006107750127.html https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007611949422.html https://shopee.co.th/เครื่องเชื่อมจุด-เครื่องเชื่อมจุดแบบใช้มือถือ-เกียร์ปรับได้-โหมดอัตโนมัติและแบบแมนนวล-เครื่องเชื่อมแบตเตอรี่สำหรับแบตDIY-i.1269950620.27803115949

Future Uncertain for Retiree Bank Accounts in Thailand
CallumWK replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
You can't make a QR code payment if you weren't registered with promptpay already, and you also can have only 1 promptpay account registration, regardless how many banking app you have on your phone. No, you cannot make QR code payments using the PromptPay system in Thailand without registering for a PromptPay account; you need to link your bank account to your phone number or ID card to generate a unique QR code for payments through the PromptPay network. Key points about PromptPay QR code payments: Registration required: To use PromptPay QR codes, you need to register your bank account with your mobile phone number or ID card through your bank's mobile banking app or other channels. Scanning QR codes: When paying with PromptPay, you scan the merchant's QR code displayed at the store using your mobile banking app. Instant transfer: Once scanned, the payment is instantly deducted from your linked bank account. -

I found those welders on Lazada, but they can weld maximum 0.25mm nickel, maybe even 0.20mm. Do you reckon that is thick enough, as I have no idea what current such an airsoft electric gun pulls.?

Warning about TTB bank

Euro is weak, not strong. If he sends back 800.000 baht to Europe he gets more Euros than he sent last year. -
Warning about TTB bank

I think you misread @oldcpu post. He is 8% better off because he transferred the money to Thailand, because the Euro weakened by 9% against the baht between 1 January 2024 and today -
South Pattaya Enforces Strict Parking Rules as Clampdown Begins
CallumWK replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
I was in South Pattaya the other day, and the side that allowed parking that day was blocked off because they were doing some works from Soi Buakhow to center condo. This was in the evening so no works were performed. Anyway I think South Pattaya road is wide enough to have parking on both sides of the road without obstructing traffic. -
I just got informed by a friend who went to the Jomtien revenue office, he is not 65 year old yet. He transferred quite some money in 2024, because he's building a house upcountry and for living expenses of course. He had all his bank statements with him, and they calculated the total and said he had to pay 63000 baht in taxes, to which he said he didn't have that money. He explained that he was building a house up country and that all the moneys he had sent were already taxed in Belgium. He didn't deliver any proof of that. They then asked how much he could pay, and he answered 3000 baht, to which they agreed. The 3000 baht was put in the drawer, and he got his yellow tax receipt that showed he was due ZERO baht in taxes.

Wanted American Arrested in Phuket for Illegal Business Operations
CallumWK replied to Georgealbert's topic in Phuket News
I think I rather pay the 300–400 baht ticket than giving them 1000 baht by default. Rhetorical question, how much you pay your partner? -
As in, you paid for the degree? Now let us be clear, on the internet, and specifically on an anonymous forum, you can be whoever you want to be. Just for your info, I'm a billionaire with all the degrees you can think about. But, I’m not a recycled member who made an average of 85 post a day since I rejoined AN

Motorway Mayhem: 12 Cars Crash in Bangkok-Chonburi Race
CallumWK replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
I don't see any supercars in the images. What I see is your average car that most likely has been tuned. You have never been young and enjoyed having fun with a fast car? I definitely have been in that category, but maybe you were just born as a sad person. -

I travel from 135km from the airport, not from Bangkok like you. And I have had a few catastrophic journeys, for example in the early days of me living here, when flights were still from Don Muang, and my flight was on April 14. Two other trips where the taxi had technical issues on the toll way, and another taxi had to come pick me up on the toll way. My next flight is in May, and I am retired, so I guess plenty of time to obtain the permit between March and May.
-
That's why I avoid getting it at the airport. Many things can happen. Taxi can have delay or stuck in traffic, or like you said the desk can be busy, and the flight doesn't wait for you I wasn't sure if the re-entry permit was valid for 12 months whenever you apply, or if it is tied to your extension and expires at the same time your extension needs renewal
