Calm down. The 10Mbps is unlimited data and it's fast enough for Full HD streaming . In 24 hours you can use more than 100 GB. There is no such thing as unlimited speed. -

No. I just checked with the Bangkok Hospital Dental Centre and their price for a Straumann dental implant is 120k. Please don't post misinformation. You wrote "north of 70k two years ago" and it's 120k there now. I reiterate my initial statement to get out of Bangkok if you want sensible pricing.

I did mine as part of my holiday visits. So there was no extra cost nor hassle. I don't know what you think your worldwide guarantee will get you. No one other than your original practitioner is going to do any replacement work for free. So the best you might get is a replacement part. But what are the chances of a titanium implant disintegrating? I paid 40-42k. I didn't get a passport, but my practitioner guarantees her work personally.

I had mine done in Chonburi by a specialist. Total price was around 40k, when Bangkok Dental Centre was 65k+ extras. I went for a consultation there firstly and decided against. Add 5 to 10k to those prices to bring them up to date and a bit more for a ceramic/porcelain crown. Get out of Bangkok if you don't want to pay the Bangkok premium.

My point being that the OP will have lost the unlimited data component. If 99 or 100GB is enough, he could buy that package in the first place and save himself 800 baht.

As I wrote, that is in their blurb but likely you can apply others. I suggested another in the post above this one. I don't see calls included in your suggested package. Any network calls or just True/DTAC?

Personally, I wouldn't, as you will only have the package for one month and then you have to apply for something else. Possibly an Unlimited 20 Mbps pack for 475 baht for the second month, but all the other features disappear.

Neglected to answer your question. No, you cannot extend the package. This in their blurb(though likely you can apply other packages): The use of extra data will be charged at 1.5 Baht/MB. You can press *900*1756# to subscribe to NON-STOP Internet with max 4G speed at 3GB 8 days 150 Baht (VAT included).

To make it 365 days, you need to change the base package from Tourist SIM to a normal base package.

You'll still have to top it up.. later you can tap a code in that extends the days. But you need a credit balance to pay the fee.
