We have a guy right down the road that does them every day and they're great, cooks them over hardwood coals. @ 110baht Regardless, I strip the skin off and debone them. use the meat in lots of things. Dog gets the skin and any meat left at the end of the week. These chickens are a LOT better than in the states, no growth hormones or antibiotics etc. as a result they are smaller but they also don't cost 9.00 either.
