Trump’s Bold Proposal to End Gaza’s Cycle of Suffering
Centigrade32 replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Okay, this is a good start. Someone willing to discuss on facts. But you are ignoring the fact that Jared Kushner talked about it in March 2024. The fact that they went away and did a feasibility study only bolsters the evidence that Kushner was the first to talk publicly about it...in March 2024. In other words, it's not a negotiation tactic, it's a plan. -
Do you think this is Trump's idea or someone else's idea? From March 2024:

Trump’s Bold Proposal to End Gaza’s Cycle of Suffering

If only that were the truth. The reality is that this is an idea that someone in Trump's family else voiced a year ago. It's not a negotiation ploy, it's their plan. -
In related news, in English: https://www.aa.com.tr/en/americas/they-should-start-with-their-own-country-mexican-president-on-us-drug-cartel-crackdown/3475318 Amongst the questions she asks is: "What happens to the drugs after the border?" "Who operates the drug distribution?" "Who sells the drugs in the cities of the U.S.A that have caused so much tragedy?" "Where does the money from the sale of the drugs in America's cities go?" "How is it that weapons that are for the exclusive use of the United States Military end up in Mexico?" "Who sold them?" "How were they transported into Mexico?" I think it important to see it from the perspective of both sides.

So? What you mean is that you didn't know before you tried to make a mountain out of a molehill. So much faux outrage...

Which Android TV box to achieve high speeds?
Centigrade32 replied to YorkshireTyke's topic in Mobile Devices and Apps
Why are you buying boxes so quickly? Why not wait for initial test results firstly? I don't understand your speed test results. Why do some have four sets of numbers, some have three and some have two? -
Which Android TV box to achieve high speeds?

Apparently, in this case, buffering is not the issue. Instead they write about an inability to stream Full HD material. Since I don't ever utilise IPTV, my knowledge of BBC programmes in Full HD over IP is limited. -
Now you know.

You are wrong of course. They hoped to take it by installing their own people, but that didn't work. So they had to try other means. Yours is just a made up story, devoid of any facts and comes straight from your RT channel watching. I can tell, because you write as if the conflict started in 2022, when in fact they invaded Ukraine long before that. Ukraine weren't just fighting separatists, they were fighting the Russian military, even in 2014. It's all documented, as opposed to your cobbled together version.

Waters appeared on a giant video wall in the capacity of “expert”, appearing with a Palestinian flag pinned to his jacket. The speech, which many criticized as rambling, took place as the third anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine approaches. Waters, introduced as an "activist," has faced backlash for past actions, including allegedly supporting Hamas’ October 7 attack on Israel and dressing as a Nazi during a Berlin performance in 2023. During his monologue, Waters primarily focused on Ukraine but made a passing comment about Palestine, saying, "Palestine isn't really a war, is it? Don't get me started. Back to Ukraine." He began his remarks by addressing skepticism over his qualifications to speak on global conflicts. "I sense an objection, somewhere out here in this room, a questioning of my credentials, so forgive me," Waters said. "I may be just a musician, but I'm here to talk about war and peace and love, and my credentials are firmly in place." He justified his authority on the topic by referencing his father’s death in 1944 while fighting the Nazis at Anzio when Waters was just five months old. Waters condemned Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, saying his "blood ran cold" on February 24, 2022. He argued that the war could have been prevented through "diplomacy, common sense, and talking to each other." He also accused former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson of undermining early peace negotiations in Istanbul, claiming that Johnson encouraged Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to prolong the war for the benefit of the United States. Imitating Johnson’s alleged conversation with Zelensky, Waters said, "'It's been decided to continue it (the war) for as long as it takes, and just between you and me, the longer it takes, the better. They (the Americans) will keep sending you ammo of course, and they'd like you to, just, you know, fight on.'" Waters' remarks come after a series of controversies that have impacted his career. In late 2023, his record label BMG dropped him, with Waters later claiming he was "fired" by CEO Thomas Coesfeld. This move halted the planned release of a re-recorded version of Pink Floyd’s 1973 album *Dark Side of the Moon*, which was ultimately reassigned to UK-based label Cooking Vinyl. The musician has also faced allegations of antisemitism. Former producer Bob Ezrin has publicly criticized him, alleging that Waters once referred to his ex-agent Bryan Morrison as a "f***ing Jew." His latest appearance at the UN has only added to the controversy surrounding him, with critics calling his speech unhinged and politically charged. Based on a report by Daily Mail 2025-02-19 Based on a report? In one paragraph they suggest that he is a shill for Russia, but obviously that doesn't fit with his criticism of Russia later in the article. No further comment necessary. RW still has some integrity, thank goodness.

I know it's not the cheapest. If the OP is considering an Nvidia Shield, then obviously they don't mind paying a bit more for a higher spec. Personally, I have a ToX 3 & 4. -
You should read more on the subject before resigning your comments to comic book status. https://www.osw.waw.pl/en/publikacje/analyses/2014-09-03/russian-military-intervention-eastern-ukraine When there is a threat of imminent collapse of their 'separatist' movements, they stop pretending that it isn't them(Russian soldiers).

If you are just looking for an upgrade and are not willing to test your current systems, then you can look at the Ugoos AM8 with 8GB of RAM: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005965681890.html -
All of this Zelenskky nonsense is just a red herring. This was always USA trying to gain control on the one side and Russia on the other. They both did and do what it takes to install their people. It's patently obvious. People just read a few headlines or swallow some propaganda and they are off, arguing to the death about it. Useful idiots. In the end, it's just a carve up, as per usual. Nothing to do with NATO and everything to do with Russia being thwarted in getting their people in. That's not to say that they are the bad guys or the good guys. It's only useful fools that swallow the propaganda.

I know the subject. You don't. You just keep on coming out with comic book versions. If you want to discuss details, we can do that. Tell me which government and the dates you'd like to start with and then we can cover the details of what happened where and when. Your potted history is just nonsensical.
