  1. The benefits of meditation have been beyond imagination for me. I joined a mystical school in 1964, learned the art of meditation and doing mystical practical applictions as used in the ancient mystical schools of Egypt and Atlantis, as I elevated my spiritual consciousness I was able to astral travel to different dimensions, biorelocate, and much more. Using a meditation pyramid makes it even easier, I bought mine at www.pyramidplant.com. It helps to be a vegetarian/vegan also.

  2. I've been celebrating Christmas with my Thai foster daughter since she was 2 years old and she's 13 now. Last year before Christmas I told her the truth, that it's all a positive fib in order to stimulate ones imagination, now that she knows the truth she doesn't want to let go of her imagination of it all, and at 71 I still remember when I was 7 and Santa came to our house!

  3. I had a Vitamix years ago when it still had a stainless steel container, and a week ago bought an Otto BE127 blender at Lotus in Chalang on sale for 2090baht, and I'm amazed how well it works, and so far does everything the pricey Vitamix does. As far as chewing your food vs. blending, when I drink a blended drink I don't just gulp it down, I take the time to swish it around in my mouth so the saliva will activate the enzymes, and I'm able to savor the taste much better!

  4. I see motorist running red lights everytime I drive my car, and many motorcyclist don't stop or slow down one bit. My average speed is from 40 to 50 and I drive in the slow lane most of the time. Why oh why do so many Thai's actually think the Buddha will protect them no matter how much they are a danger to other drivers and they drive as if they're the only ones on the road. I have been passed many times by high speed drivers, only to pull up beside them at the next red light.

  5. All you need is a color copy of your passport and visa, and the police know it. Easy to get one at any Kodak shop and have it laminated. I've lived in Thailand since 2001 and have never been stopped by a police offiicer, and was actually helped by the Thaonglor police when a Hong Kong lady tried to steal my laptop.Times are getting tough for Thai police since the coup and all the crack downs by our new PM.

  6. My Thai neighbor friend originally worked on cruise ships but his wife wanted him home, so he's been a van driver transporting tourist with his own van for a few years now. he's definitely worried because his business is to low for this time of year. He has a 11 month old child and his wife talked him into buying a 3br, 2 story plex in Kathu Phuket for 2.5 million baht, and there's no kitchen which he has to have built back of the house, so he can't even live in it yet. The mall isn't packed with tourist like it should be, and most everywhere I go here.

  7. 1/ The all point of green smoothy is to get the best nutriments in RAW conditions.

Using high fat density processed products (oil, yogurt ) is rendering the all thing moot.

Sorry this is not a green smoothy, it's a green oily shake.

Here are some recipes to help you

2/ Yes the nutriments have short life, they say 3 days, I try to drink it in 2 days, but still better than cooked veggies if just for the laxative effect.

3/ Crushed seed (flax, chia) need to be stored in an airtight container in the fridge, then they last for ever (2/3 months) but you should have eat them all by then.

Coconut oil is incredibly good for you

Well if you're going to post a video on Esselstyn's thoughts on oil, you might as well include his website where he gives his thinking on smoothies.

Smoothies How about smoothies? I love them!

Avoid smoothies. The fiber is so finely pureed and rapidly swallowed without the benefits of mixing with helpful bacteria in the mouth. The sugar is separated from the fiber of the fruit, bypasses salivary digestion and results in a surge of glucose. The fructose enhances inflammation, hypertension and endothelial injury. Chew your food.[/size]

It hasn't been that long ago that medical colleges taught absolutely nothing about nutrition, and I even remember VA hospitals accepting cigarette donations from TV programs sponcered by Philip Morrice. Now because of great pioneers like Ann Wigmore and others in natural raw food healing, conventional medicine has tried to jump on board and is spreading disinformation based on their biased conventional medicine studies. I cured my breast cancer in 1997 using the Rise & Shine 28 day intestinal cleanse, followed by the 10 day Master Cleanse by Stanley Burroughs. I stay totally away from conventional medicine drugs, even aspirin. Most conventional medicine drugs are petro-chemical based. Once in a great awhile I go to a Homeopathic ND.

  8. Master Esu (Jesus)said you should chew every spoonful of food 40 times before swallowing, and Master Buddha taught his students to chew 100 times. Now the secret here is the consistency of the food before swallowing, if you just concentrate on the taste of the food as your chewing, your mind has been automatically programmed as to when to swallow at the correct consistency. You must have the enzymes in the raw food prepared correctly for digestion and that's where saliva is the answer, because saliva activates the enzymes in raw food for digestion. As far as blended raw veggies and fruits go, I don't just gulp it down, each mouthful I swish around in my mouth a few seconds to mix with saliva to activate the enzymes. Best book I've ever read is Conscious Eating by Gabriel Cousens and his Rainbow Diet. Met the man at the San Francisco Whole Life Expo years ago and went to his seminar. Also have done intestinal cleansing using Ejuva and Rise & Shine products. three main ingredients are Worm Wood, Black Walnut, Cloves capsules (I make my own)and psyllium (all organic, plus a colema board (to expensive to ship to Thailand so I made my own from plans on the net.

  9. My landlords daughter got an IT bachelor degree at Prince University in Phuket and started off getting 11,000 baht a month, then got her masters degree and making 15,000 baht a month, which is of course is a total insult according to western standards. I retired from teaching 5 years ago as a farang in Thailand, taught for 7 years, started at 25,000 baht and finished at 50,000 baht a month, specializing in kindergarten.
