I lived in your kind of neighborhood also, the 1st place was a dog disaster, then I found a corner house one block away that the neighbors were against dogs, so I sleep just fine now, you have to do some searching to find the ideal place.

As an Elder Master Mtystic, to my knowledge this woman and any other like her, are known as Earth Bound Souls (which most know as ghousts) These are souls stuck between two worlds, the here and the there after. It can be a very confuseing state for earth bound souls to be in. I freed one EBS many years ago who was a black slave in America escapeing through the underground railway. Unfortunately he was discovered in a house basement hideaway in Indiana, he even materialized and was able to touch a man on his back, as he was pleading for help, with blood dripping down his face. The EBS attached his consciousness to this man and was seen in the mans sleep dream state, which shocked him awake, he barely had anymore sleep than 5 hours in 5 days. In private he told me about the EBS in his house before his wife threw him out and filed for a divorce. Knowing this I meditated on this EBS, and mystical petitioned for his release to a higher dimension. The man finally closed his eyes, layed down on the carpet and slept for over 24 hours straight, with good dream states not to be bothered again! I love the architecture and colors of Government house, very pleasing in a spiritual way.

To the Thai's we retired folks are like all-year-round tourist, we spend alot of cash here in Thailand, much more than the average Thai can afford. So I see the government wanting as many of us xpats to stay in Thailand. No the rules will not get tougher one bit.

At the new Tesco/Lotus in Chalong there are several handicapped parking places which are used by motorcycle drivers and other vehicle drivers who are not disabled and totally ignore the signs.
