  1. If the photo on your IDP matched your profile picture here, I don't blame the redaction. 555
  2. Would your Passport, which should be carried everywhere, always, not say on which date you arrived in LOS. Stay off Beach Road as well.
  3. So then a trip back to UK to get your IDP for 5.50 quid.
  4. Are you 16+k posts all love and kisses? 555
  5. I would like to compare negative emojis on the last 100 topics, but can't be arsed.
  6. So this only applies to the Pub Forum or is it everywhere? I bet you will be in the top negative emojis.
  7. I cannot see Comment on this story. There are the emojis which then show in Notifications as a reaction, and Quote if you want to Comment on a particular post/story.
  8. And could you please name the members you refer to please. Not all news stories are fine, and can be seen almost anywhere instead of AN.
  9. Seems silly, but TIT. So you come over here with your UK Licence which you can use alone for 90 days. Do you need an IDP for that? Then you should apply for a Thai licence, for which you do not need it. So you have paid 5.50 for 90 days use!
  10. There is NO SUCH THING as an international Licence. They simply issue a Thai Licence because you have a UK, or other country, one.
  11. Well then, are you allowed to drive for more than 3 months even if you have a 12 month IDP?
  12. I guess he was using the logic that you cannot get an IDP without having a standard UK one.
  13. You are allowed to drive here for 3 months using your UK licence.
  14. Yes, over 10 years I have had my Thai licence, and rented a car in UK & Italy using it. AI now tells me that since 1 April 2024 you must use somewhere, a shop, post office etc which has a PayPoint area. 1949 seems the one for Thailand.
  15. Meaning UK Pensions thinks you are still living in UK.
  16. What do you class as ólder people'. I am 78 and can read, reply to an email. About as difficult as typing this.
  17. Why then is an IDP needed for holders of UK, in English, licences?
  18. Go on, show us a photo of the neighbours, instead of the paddy fields.
  19. I switched to Zorin, up and running, but......................why start learning the sitar after years on guitar, at 78 years old. Back to W11 for me I think. 365 costs about 90 quid and includes 1TB of storage on One Drive, and all the Office apps. To get enough storage on GoogleDrive or MEGA costs almost the same.
  20. If you tell Mr PC to Forget the password (how?) then you will not be able to log in without setting up a new one, after telling said PC that YOU have forgotten the password. Pedantic, but important.
  21. Don't you mean FORGOT PASSWORD?
  22. Just like mine......looking out over paddy fields, trees and some distant hills.
  23. Not to me. It should say OFF.
