Same here; I stand well back (especially on railway/tube platforms), always walk against traffic so you can see what's coming, make everyone wear a seat belt when in a car, especially the person behind me...........every little precaution just tickles things in your favour.

The number of murders nationwide continued to decline, a trend that began in 2022. The federal debt held by the public rose about 6.7%.

2025: Prior estimate of 584,000 jobs cut to 181,000 (down ~898,000) So the economy essentially flatlined in Trump’s first year! Going back 10 years or more to point out an unemployment rate under a previous administration sounds like sheer desperation. NB Obama came into office during "the financial crisis" and drove unemployment down from 10% to 4.7%

It's by design.....his deportation numbers are way down and the costs astronimical. This isn't about undocumented immigration per se.....it's about red meat being thrown to the hard of thinking.

If a week is a long time in politics, November is aeons away. "It's the economy stupid"......if things go well, inflation remains low etc, everything kicking off now will be long forgotten and the Republicans could easily turn things around.
