    Phuket, Bangkok, Pattaya and other places are full of tourists. Tourism numbers are back to normal and Chinese tourists are starting to return. This "tourism fund" is not necessary. Sounds like a slush fund to me.

    An enjoyable match to watch, even if CFC didn't win. IMO Chilwell, James, Ziyech, KK, Silva, and RLC played well. Felix really needs to be more clinical. I wasn't impressed with Enzo or Kepa on the goal. Cucu running around, as he does, was amusing.

    My Phuket school said the same thing you are saying. (For now) No more ed visas in Phuket for anyone under 50 and no ed visas for Chinese citizens regardless of their age. Immigration is doing this. I think it is due to the Tuhao situation which has become a big political football.

    I feel badly for lady involved. Best to conduct this business in a Western country where the penalties are lighter and the profits larger. If I were inclined to, my choices would be Australia, the UK, or Canada. Norway might have some pretty groovy "prisons".

    Usually you will have trouble getting to the police station because (if you don't pay up) the traffic police will take your keys and impound your motorbike on the spot.

    Traffic police make up the fine amounts themselves. 1000 baht is better than 300 or 500 for them. So that is what you get charged. It's worth getting a legit bike license just to see the disappointed looks on the officer's faces when they have to let you go.

    Phuket is crowded and over-developed. There are, however, many other places in Phuket that are not like Patong. Not sure why you didn't get out of Patong right away, as you disliked it so. I have been to Udon several times, but could never live there. Each to his own.

    Credit to Soton. This year's Man City defense has regressed from the past few years. Ederson and Rodri are playing well, but the rest are either not regularly available or not good enough. Defensively City will get found out this year imo.

    Not a Man City fan, but will comment on the club's recent play. Where did City's top back line players go? Cancelo, Dias, Laporte, and Walker all missing for the Everton match. ?? City will not catch Arsenal. This feels like the year that Leicester took the title. Grealish and Ake are weak.
