I had a retina repair done at Srinagarid Hospital, Khon Kaen, sorted by a Professor in the field. But you must register at the hospital first, a loooong day. I was there at 7.30am, saw the guy at 4.30pm. Nice bloke, speaks perfect English, I was there for 4 days in a private wing. He operated that night, think it was near midnight. He has a private clinic too, well away from the hospital, I went there for my post op checkup a week later. Sadly, on my paperwork, there is no doctor, surgeon name.....🤔 But this Hospital has the gear to do the job. In BKK I was quoted 250,000bht, at this hospital, it came to 66,000bht...🤗, That was 5 years back, wasn't very nice being face down for 10 days, but when my eye filled back up with natural fluid, no floaters, and I still have no floaters.....

I don't know what you've got to laugh about, have a look at your team's abysmal effort, though they are pretty good at flattening old ladies residences........

When it comes to..... "some" .....farangy's, I have no doubt...........😉 But, in places like Pattaya where the locals are dealing day after day with mainly sh_t head farangy tourists, I think I would be p_ssed off too. Where I live, it is a pleasure to do anything, why, very few tourists, a few farangy expats, who, many themselves stay out of the way, and a few that are "know-it-alls", been here 5 minutes bringing their farangland with them...🙄

Indeed, I do, but I am one of those who generally has a happy face when I go out, a smile with eye contact..🤗 Though in the years I have been here, to me, it is the farangy's that have the problem, generally miserable, have a hi-so thing, no patience, I would suggest the locals may pick that up. 😏
