It takes a couple of years of being here to adjust one's self to LOS, including driving. The locals, similar stuff, they do seem to look at us as aliens, though they do seem to also think we are 'all' special. Of course, there are some farangies that are AH's, which at times I have had to point out. I have never known a Thai bird reject a farangy, it takes them time to find out the hard way...😬 All of my farangy friends have been with their ladies for probably a minimum of 15 years and up.. Now, I wouldn't like to live anywhere else.......🤩

The only person I have ever seen flaunting purported wealth was an ageing Thai lady. She got hold of a farangy, next she is covered in gold, wears shorts up her arris and hair doo's that belong on a much younger lady. It is actually quite embarrassing to see.........🤭 The well off Thai folk I know, rarely wear gold in their daily life, or even at parties....
