It seems there are now many classes of bike licence in the UK and how to get one, way different to when I was a kid, which was up to 250cc on "L" plates, pass your test and ride what you like. My question for clarity. My friend is coming to live in LOS, he has a 125cc Yamaha Grand Filano here. He does not have a UK motorbike licence, but on the back of his licence he can ride a 50cc moped with no licence, then the other m/c classes are blanked out, a friend told him LOS will give you a motorcycle licence on the "back of" the 50cc moped. I said I can't see that as he has never been on a bike in the UK. I read that even to ride a 50cc thingy you must do some sort of test. If he is going to try and get a m/b licence on the back of his UK licence, will an AA/RAC driving permit say he has a m/c licence or will it say no licence, just the 50cc thingy. Anyone know.....?

Pull it away from the wall to check the fan is working. Use brush/vacuum cleaner to get all the dust build up, so the fan can do its job to cool the gas.

The gaiter is the rubber thing you are cleaning, and green oil is good news for you. As you have lubricating oil "leaking", not power steering fluid, and leaking means there is still some oil in there. What I would do... Remove the gaiter clips at both ends, turn the gaiter 180 degrees, get an oiling can with oil in it, push the can nozzle under the top of the gaiter at any place you can get to, then squirt oil in, not huge amounts, replace the clips if you can, if not, buy a couple of suitably sized jubilee clips..????

You must determine what oil/fluid it is, put a bit of paper in a tray, to see what colour it is, inner ball joint oil will be green-ish, power steering fluid will be pink, or a mixture of both when mixed, so any sign of "pink" will mean it could fail on you, if green, don't worry, but you should check there is the recommended oil in the gaiter to keep things lubricated...

All cars have a part from China, Celerio, as you said "Parts"............???? MG is 100% Chinese using MG history to sell, have you forgotten "Since 1924", already........???? The Mini is a BMW creation, I don't think I have ever seen a BMW mini with Morris or Austin on it, they use the word Mini, which isn't the name of the original mini either, I had an Austin 7 "Mini"..????
