My filters were never changed at 10km, and none ever looked like yours. Make sure they are fitting a genuine Toyota filter, as you can buy copies on Lazada waaaaaay cheaper....????

I take mine out every once in a while and run the vacuum over it. Yours looks like something has been chewing on it, never had one look like that before, in fact the actual filter looks quite clean....

On many visits to Sav, I have only ever seen one bloke with a problem on collection day, though I didn't hang around to find out why........???? -
The musty smell must be from the water generated in the A/C, turn the A/C on, go outside and make sure the water is being drained properly. The drain pipe should be near the outside unit.. Make sure the room is ventilated at times to remove lingering moisture in the air. You can buy a spray to kill off the bacteria inside the unit, the smell..
