  1. Do you take Viagra, be honest now, because if you do, your theory has been buried....? ????....????
  2. My near conclusion as someone who has fooled around with rides for decades, though older stuff. If someone came to me saying they had a power problem and to look over the ride for anything else, probably the first thing I would do is look at the dipstick to see if I can see anything going on. If I did, I would pull off the oil filter, open it up to see if anything unpleasant was present. If it were just very low on oil, I would top it up with something to see if any improvement. If all seemed OK, then oil and filter and go to the next stage. If indeed they didn't check the oil level, and the pump was being starved of oil, it wouldn't take long to wipe out the bearings on an engine with such a high compression ratio. PS. The engine should have a new oil pump installed, that's sort of the done thing, usually don't cost much and good insurance. PPS. I have a feeling your garage are a bunch of......
  3. In theory, that is just about run-in....????
  4. Old, I thought it was a 2014 ride, plus I would have thought oil guzzlers would be high mileage jobby's, which hasn't been mentioned yet, unless I missed it....????
  5. Steady on ol' chap, quoting in capitals is a no-no here......????
  6. Near forgot, unless it has changed, in the UK MG's have a 7 year warranty, in LOS it's 4 years....???? Now this could be because LOS roads are a bit iffy, and the Maxus T70, sorry, MG may fall apart after 4 years of bumping around...Just a guess though.....???? PS. I also think that the front grill on the MG pickup could be the use of chromed unsold griddles...????
  7. Well yes, but why didn't they call it "Chow Meing Cars" or similar, wiv a Chinese flag on the rear panel.....? ????
  8. I would suggest that as you do have a lack of care for your rides, a Toyota would be an excellent choice for you, as they are near bulletproof, and now do not have a timing belt to take care of too...????
  9. You are talking about "British Motor Corporation" crud, that bought up most of the UK brands, the MG badge was used on their pepped up rides, because MG was the performance wing of Morris Garages, Morris brand was used on the grocery getters, which the Chinese should have used on their rides..???? The Chinese Maxus T70 "MG" has a Union Jack on the back....????
  10. The MG truck is a re-badged Chinese Maxus T70....Have a search on revues/problems etc on the Net regarding the T70, the MG (variant) hasn't been around long enough for folk who thought they were buying a British ride to comment on a bigger picture.
  11. I think the days of checking oil levels are long gone on most modern engines. For instance, I had a Toyota Vigo 3.0 diesel for 11.5 years, though I did check the oil level at times, I never needed to top it up. Our weee runaround now, never needs topping up. But, if an owner never has the oil changed, or there is a spot of oil on the drive, oil visible in the engine bay, then perhaps they should check it at times. My point is, I doubt there are many modern engines that use oil as they did 50 years back.
  12. Sunbeam, vaccines already have saved lives......???? But thousands will succumb through their own stupidity, I read it every day. https://uk.yahoo.com/news/hana-horka-czech-singer-dies-172753070.html
  13. Think we will prevail, usually do, 1918 was trying. In the last UK pandemic, my mum had to make parts for fighter planes, no ifs, ands or buts...........????
  14. I cannot see what your point is, is it you're just anti-authority or something.....? Just answer this one question, have Covid vaccines save thousands of lives..Yes or No...?

    Understanding Isaan

I have never met anyone in Isaan that's concerned about anything.....????
  16. But YOU made their choice when they were kids regarding vaccine protection, you did nothing. Your last sentence adds you up, sadly....????
  17. Think you need to brush up on motorcycles that are produced in LOS. Not long ago I was talking to a Thai lad about his Triumph 900cc bike, which was made in LOS. BMW, Ducati, Harley Davison, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha etc, all provide a choice of bike. But when old age creeps up on you, no doubt an E-scoot is probably your best bet....????.......????
  18. Weren't they lucky, most parents take advice from their doctor to protect their children, that's why there are vaccines for many known ailments that can/could ruin a youngsters' life...
  19. My mum used to stick a cotton bud up my nose and in my ears on a regular basis. Tests and masks are for protection all round, and really no big issue for the little angels....????
