Pooofth.... 17.92Mbps.... All three systems i have DTAC 3G, Pacific and True all have been running at about 0.1792 Mbps average for the last week. I could walk to Europe quicker than we can Skype at the moment!

Well I guess all the critics are packing there bags to leave the country. Try to turn out the lights on your way out, unfortunately the Thai's have their own monopoly on that too! Don't get electicuted by faulty wiring.

what a loser, still no solutions, just some mumbling about a "discussion".
whats he still doing in politics, he is doing more damage than good, besides shouldn't he be preparing his defense for the murder charges he is up against ?
As usual in there with your hand high waving a flag saying look at me I know nothing. The Bangkok post actually said that all Shinawatra's will with draw from politics if justice is returned to the people. If all Shinawatra's withdraw from the government what about his paid stooge's?
If he with draws them also justice will automatically be returned to the people. In my opinion and not pointing fingers any one that thinks an election now with no changes will make every thing good is a complete idiot. Remember I am stating my opinion not pointing fingers.
My opinion stands if the Democrats or one of the small parties win it will still not solve the political situation in Thailand. The PTP has had control for abut 2 and 1/2 years and the only changes they have made harm the Thais. Higher family debt. Higher prices non payment to rice growers and new car buyers reduction in the teaching standards in the schools. For sure that has to end and the only way is to reform the government so it can not do things like that. Not going to happen with a Shinawatra and there extended family including the red shirts in the picture
Besides that I think Thaksin is looking for a way out and save face at the same time. He knows as things stand now he can not win.
Very selective memory totally invalidates any argurement you have!

Ah a man of the cloth a man of peace a man of much wealth ! What more can I say !
I am also perplexed as to how this monk can remain an active monk while messing in politics. Surely the Sangha have to look at what authority he has to offer an award like this. It has nothing whatsoever to do with religion. Dump him.

Two million tons of rice don't just go missing, not even in dirty corrupt Thailand. Do any of the half bread TV posters have any concept of how much two million tons is. Having been heavily involved with the Australian Barley havest and board, our 8-10 million tons used to be the entire countries production. Two million tons... there are many little fibbies being told on both sides

Thai's had better upgrade their non-fossil fuel power needs.

To Noddy. Your a sad and selfish human being to even pose the question, that's aside the point whether you are an Australian tax payer or not.

About time he's stepped up to the plate, I like this guy, and I'd love to see the Democrats take over from the PTP, right now is the time to strike while the Iron is hot and capitalise on the waning support of the PTP I know this is maybe in breach of forum rules here but "Carpe Diem" Abhisit..start making your moves now
Yes, I think probable he is the only decent politician Thailand has, that is the problem, the corrupt politicians see him as a threat to their way of life and they have and will continue to use every underhand means to kick him down every time he stands up.
The problem is he's not able to order sausages for a weekend bbq. A politician without a decent economic policy!

What a circus! The ultimate aim is for Thailand to have a democracy Thai style which is one that the amataya or Bangkok/Army Elite are comfortable with.....
The circus you talk about is entertaining. What's entertaining about it is that people like you are so fervent about the elite in BKK. All the while you follow the real elite. Thaksin and his PTP leaders whom you follow bindly. In this country the real elitists think they can uae their money to do anything they want and buy off who they want and harass whoever doesn't do as they say. This sounds a lot like YL, Thaksin, the PTP, and yes even Suthep. Who is the lesser evil? The elite who control all of the GOV and can arrest, kill, or take the peoples money without fear or impunity or the elite that want to make their businesses prosper.
Sent from my GT-S5310 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
Some of these elite are my friends, I dine with them and there families, we do business together, and we have good heated discussions but respect each others point of view. They know the power play at the moment is moving away from the origins of the small group of power brokers of-the-past and one statesman that is one his way out also. So the younger generation of which I consider good and close friends are really not sure how to posture in this new environment. The family connections, the dining together and the business transactions are weakening from what they were 20-40 years ago and the bonds there fathers and the other elite had together. So although I might favour in some ways PTP as I truly believe in a one-on-one election they would still win, I still challenge my friends as to what policies they and the Dems can come up with to truly drive the economy. Unfortunately they are not capable of ever really answering that question! I just want to see Thailand grow...

Can we move on from "amart" and "elite" . . . your boss and his cronies are just as much "elite" as anyone else involved in this . . .
I don't know where you think I work, but I have no boss in Thailand, and I think my boss as little or no knowledge of Thai politics. As for my opinion, it is formed over knowing and understanding Thai people of every level from farmers/garbage collectors/cooks/drivers/business men/secretaries/government officials and politicians. There are a huge number of non-Bangkok citizens that feel completely disenfranchised by the ongoing judicial politics. No matter what you say or feel, the heart of Bangkok is not the heart of Thailand, and that is where these people are coming from. Thai politics will continue "Thai Style" and the unspoken influence is a swaying factor that all Thai's consider. The problem is when the masses are disenfranchised I personally worry about Thailand working towards something of the natural of Cambodia in the 1970's, and that we do not want to see. Where is their voice? If it can't be at the poles, where can it be?

Same thing happened 7-8 years ago. These little drug addicts will be caught quickly. The CM police were swift in dealing with this last time. Credit where it's due....

My above post clearly shows the seriousness and logic the Australian, New Zealand Defense and rescue forces are applying to the identification, tracking models, rescue(if ever possible) to the "possible" discovery of wreckage of flight MH370. Read it, process is in order, but haste is obviously a priority as Australian's value human lives as a core value.

Can't really see any offence being committed. Irresponsible but not illegal.
I agree with this.
Maybe if the police weren't so lazy they would set up random nabbing points after the main testing area. Just an idea.....
So the taxis could make 300 baht in another location!
