    Never thought I'd see this opinion about Pattaya police. 'The arrest operation was a collaborative effort between Thai police and Interpol in South Korea.' It's more likely that someone managed to fill in an Interpol request & Korean cops did the rest. The Red Bull brat's Interpol form has been delayed so many times, it's almost like some one in RTP is deliberately messing up the process.
