  1. well i actually met with the True owner of this project the other day, Cool Blue is not related at all to this project, just the same marketing agents.

The owner is a very wealthy Thai, with a lot of money and completed projects, but i am not sure why they have not promoted this?, i will try and gain more information, but i know 75 units have sold already.........

If the project starts construction with fully paid up capital to complete the project, then there should be no worry, as there other projects have all been constructed even if no one buys off plan....

  4. Recovering Data from a broken laptop mostly is an easy job. Laptops brake from problems with the logicboard, the cpu. Just take out the HD and put it in another computer and you have all data available.

A broken HD is a very difficult job, depending of the kind of damage. Time consuming. You need special software. The question is how much is it worth to you your data to be recovered.

there is a computer guy in Chalong named Franz. That is probably him trying to gouge you on a smaller scale. Listen to flaming Todd instead.

PS Email Khun Pranit at [email protected] and see if he does data recovery or also

M2K Wireless Khun Koby [email protected]

Both of them speak and COMPREHEND English fluently.

    Boater, who did you use?

    Hi

i used the computer shop just down the road from Cheng Talay police station ( next to the Doctors )

The actual guy in the shop could not do, but he called his brother into repair

My laptop would not even start up due to a virus, but he was able to get into my hard driver, take all the information, and re install my computer

Great Job, and only 500 THB!

This gut seems to be good

  6. Just after daybreak on Thursday, Police Lieutenant Nattapon from Banglamung Police Station was called to the front of an apartment in Soi Sukumvit 41 in Naklua to investigate an attempted rape and serious assault with a Samurai Sword. Khun Suchart aged 30, who was attacked with the sword, was rushed to Hospital with serious head and upper body injuries. He was later transferred to Chonburi Hospital for more specialist care. At the scene of the incident, evidence of the brutal attack was clear. Blood stains were present at the front of the condo block and inside Khun Suchart’s room. Khun Nongnuch aged 30 was the apparent victim of the attempted rape and explained to Police that she had gone to the room of Khun Suchart earlier in the night to ask him if she could borrow 3,000 Baht as he is a well known money-lender with many customers in the building. Moments later, Khun Nongnuch went back to her room. Khun Suchart then went to her room and asked if he could go inside to speak about the loan. While inside the room, Khun Nongnuch alleges that Khun Suchart attempted to rape her. She managed to resist his advances and he left and went back to his room. Some hours later, the boyfriend of Khun Nongnuch arrived back home and was told about the incident. He was enraged and picked up a Samurai Sword he had kept in the room and went to the room of Khun Suchart. Khun Sarn then proceeded to attack Khun Suchart and then ran away before Police arrived. An arrest warrant for Khun Sarn has been issued and charges of attempted rape are expected to be brought against Khun Suchart when he recovers.

  7. On Wednesday Afternoon in the grounds of the Grand Sole Hotel in Central Pattaya a world record attempt took place for brick-breaking using your feet only. The brave man who undertook the challenge was Mr. Henry Ahrendh aged 44 from Germany who is a professional Kung <deleted> Instructor and for the last eight months has been living here in Thailand. He has been maintaining his fitness and Kung <deleted> skills at a local Martial Arts Academy and has been training hard so he could attempt to break a record where 33 bricks were broken in 60 seconds. Mr. Ahrendh was attempting to break 120 special concrete blocks in the same time. Many looked on as he completed the task in 60.29 seconds which is a new world record. The attempt was filmed and a copy of the world record attempt will now be sent to the Guinness Book of World Records and it is hoped they will ratify the attempt and declare it as a new World Record.
