If you to the ThaiVisa General Forum you will find an article about Asiapay. It's under the heading of 'Scam Warning'!
I found article about AsiaNpay but not Asiapay (Asia not Asian). Am I wrong ? There seems to be 2 different companies.
Philippe
its www.asiapay.com who are the scammers, pay them nothing

John O'Reilly hoisted his beer and said, "Here's to spending the rest of me life between the legs of me dear sweet wife!"
That won him the top prize at the pub for the best toast of the night!
He went home and told his wife, Mary, "I won the prize for the Best toast of the night."
She said, "Aye, did ye now. And what was your toast?
John said, "Here's to spending the rest of me life, sitting in church next to me dear sweet wife."
"Oh, that is very nice indeed, John!" Mary said.
The next day, Mary ran into one of John's drinking buddies on the street corner.
The man chuckled leeringly and said, "John won the prize the other night at the pub with a toast about you, Mary."
She said, "Aye, he told me, and I was a wee bit surprised meself. You know, he's only been there twice in the last four years. Once he fell asleep, and the other time I had to pull him by the ears to make him come, when it was over."

A handful of 7 year old children were asked what they thought of beer.....
7-year-old Tim: ' I think beer must be good. My dad says the more beer he drinks the prettier my mom gets.'
------------------------------------------------------------
7-year-old Mellanie: ' Beer makes my dad sleepy and we get to watch what we want on television when he is asleep, so beer is nice.'
------------------------------------------------------------
7-year-old Grady: 'My Mom and Dad both like beer. My Mom gets funny when she drinks it and takes her top off at parties, but Dad doesn't think this is very funny....'
------------------------------------------------------------
7-year-old Toby: 'My Mom and Dad talk funny when they drink beer and the more they drink the more they give kisses to each other, which is a good thing.'
------------------------------------------------------------
7-year-old Sarah: 'My Dad gets funny on beer. He is funny.
He also wets his pants sometimes, so he shouldn't have too much....'
------------------------------------------------------------
7-year-old Lilly: 'My Dad loves beer. The more he drinks, the better he dances. One time he danced right into the pool....'
------------------------------------------------------------
7-year-old Ethan: 'I don't like beer very much. Every time Dad drinks it, he burns the sausages on the barbeque and they taste disgusting!'
------------------------------------------------------------
7-year-old Shirley: 'I give dads' beer to the dog and he goes to sleep.'
------------------------------------------------------------
7-year-old Jack: 'My Mom drinks beer and she says silly things and picks on my father. Whenever she drinks beer she yells at Dad and tells him to 'go bury his bone down the street again' but that doesn't make any sense.'

Let us hope this poor man didn't die in vain. Please learn a lesson from this tragedy. Never, ever buy real estate in your Thai mate's name, no matter how much you think the love and trust is real.
It is not our fault the Thai government policies make it impossible to own land in our names, but we certainly can protect ourselves, and if your mate doesn't understand, maybe they don't really love you as much as you think they do.
A related question I have is how often do you think farangs are murdered by their Thai mates when the Thai mate knows or thinks they are named in the farang's will? I don't have an easy answer for that one as many of us reasonably want to help out our Thai mates this way.
Let us hope this poor man didn't die in vain.
if you look at the OP, it took him 7 hours to die..............
but with some of the above posts, please keep this topic in line, and not revert to the stupid posts in the UK papers from there readers, as the victims family may well pic up on this thread...

'mr Swirl' Jailed For Child Sex
in General Topics
Posted
A PAEDOPHILE dubbed Mr Swirl smirked as he was jailed yesterday for abusing a boy aged 13. Vile Christopher Neil, 32, obscured his face with a digital swirl in hundreds of internet pictures of him raping boys.
Cops unscrambled the Canadian teacher’s features and Interpol finally arrested him after a tip-off led them to Bangkok — where Neil was living with a “ladyboy”.
He was caged for three years and three months in Thailand after admitting he forced the boy to perform a sex act on him. He also has to pay £1,000 to the lad’s family.
The sex fiend smiled as he was led off, but then whined: “I’m zero, I’m nothing. What can I do?”
Neil is also accused of abusing the child’s little brother, which he denies.
He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of claims he paid the nine-year-old £15 for a sex act.
Ronald Noble, of Interpol, praised the success of the investigation, saying: “We’ll use all available legal tools to track down predators.”
