  1. Do you exercise in the morning?

    Try switching to the evening.

I've found that I suffer much less stress than I used to and also sleep much better and most importantly drink much less. I must admit I now work out first thing and again about 6pm.

Alcohol will actually increase your stress levels when you are not pissed.

  2. AOT president ready to arrange special zone for PAD rallies at airports

Airports of Thailand Acting President Serirat Prasutanond Tuesday asked The People's Alliance for Democracy to leave Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports, after the Constitution Court dissolved three coalition parties.

Serirat said that now that Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawat was disqualified by the ruling, PAD has its wish satisfied. They should leave the airports which are the major airports to handle passengers and air cargo, to reduce further damage.

He added that if the PAD wants to remain at the airports, AOT is ready to arrange a special area so that the protest would not affect the operations.

  3. PAD agrees with AOT to resume services at Suvarnabhumi, but rally to continue

The People's Alliance for Democracy Tuesday agreed in principle to cooperate with the Airports of Thailand Plc to reopen services at the Suvarnabhumi International Airport but the PAD will not end its demonstration there.

The agreement was announced at 3:30 pm by Somkiart Pongpaibool, a PAD leader and Vudhibhandhu Vichairatana, chairman of the AOT board of directors, following their meeting.

  4. percy2,

The article I linked to was specifically for freight, while your article was specifically for passengers.

Since I don't plan to fly for another 2 weeks, my primary interest is the tons of money my company is losing everyday from a broken international mail system. :o

I wasn't contradicting , actually agreeing with the unrealistic aims and adding to your infor!

Its potentially costing me a shed load of money , I was supposed to close a deal in London today and I'm waiting for another guy flying in to Thailand for another, plus a severe drop in sales for my retail operations.

I was never Pro Thaksin/Samak/Somchai , but the closing of the air port has seen me withdraw support for PAD, its just hurt too many innocents and the not so innocents like me :D

    Cheers

  5. According to Bangkok Post, freight mail at Suvarnabhumi will resume at full capacity on December 4th.

Somehow that just sounds unrealistic . . .

Same source says 7 days from PAD leaving....

Suvaranbhumi to resume in 7 days, if PAD leaves

(BangkokPost.com) - Airports of Thailand (AOT) acting president Serirat Pasutanond said Suvarnabhumi airport could resume operation in about a week once the anti-government protesters led by the People’s Alliance for Democracy (PAD) leave the airport.

Mr Serirat expected it would take authorities approximately seven days to check the readiness of Suvarnabhumi once the protesters leave.

  6. So sad that the hardest punishment cannot be a capital one... it is the only way forward.

jesus!! - youre kidding, right? what country are you from? (america I presume!!) capital punishment the way forward?? are you out of your mind? !!!

capital punishment is stone age and the most inhumane way to deal with a crime.

yes, it is a deterrent, but its far from civilized. it hardly stopped people in america from killing. theres still people out on death row, (as proof that its not a proper deterrent).

if thailand had capital punishment, the international eyes would view thailand as even worse than current.

I agree with the sentiments , but Thailand does have capital punishment.
