yes .... amazing isn't it, couple of years ago they were bankrupt and trying to instigate rehabilitation proceedings.. 22 May 2020 — THAI has sustained a net loss of THB 11.6 billion in 2018 and THB 12 billion in 2019, and has total debt of approximately THB 240 billion .... how the heck can you go from debt of 240 Billion to a 28 Billion profit in just 3 1/2 years.. I know they sold some assets and cut costs but they didn't have 200 Billion in assets. They had planes on lease.. They must have one hell of an accountant that's for sure.

he is an idiot and for what he did and he brought all this on himself. I must say though I'm perplexed at the whole saga '...... if a foreigner did this to an Aussie in Australia or to a Canadian in Canada or anywhere in the west this wouldn't even rate a mention .... it wouldn't even get onto the news most likely .... even if the Aussie went to the police, the foreigner may end up receiving a fine after charges of assault possibly, but that's probably all,, then it's over. why do they carry on so much here, why does every little mr meaner get on the news, social media ... is it because of Netizens ? is it because the west have more to be concerned about than idle incidents like this one... ?

With all due respect Richard, I am entitled to my opinion based on what I have witnessed and what I consider fact. If you can't handle my negative post based on what I know then that's your problem. But kindly don't complain about another members negative comment as I've witnessed a few of yours that I'd also consider slightly bias. Your better off sticking to the story huh !

sorry to hear such bad news .... the problem with the police, the courts, the defendants lawyer and anyone else ... is that you don't know who's doing a deal with who ... he could very well have done some deal with the cops .... you just don't know. It's stinks, but it's a sad fact, you can't win here no matter what happens or how hard you try .... TIT ... the police will look after the Thai lecturer first ... they won't look after a foreigner against a Thai, and the courts are as much a sham also. Try your best to get over it and hopefully move on ...
