The thing about Thailand is when a foreigner commits any crime the Thai's immediately call the police 191 and the police will be on the scene within minutes because they are always nearby and on motorbikes ... and thai's like seeing foreigners being arrested. Where as in other countries, yes ... they will call the police, but because of all the bureaucracy and call transfers to the correct department and police station and then to an officer in charge, by the time the police know where to go to investigate, and with traffic it could take up to 30-60 minutes later to arrive.

this is absolutely 100% correct when dealing with any Thai person, contractor, official, or shop .... it's like you almost have to have a contract written to do anything here just so the supplier, worker, shop keeper, cannot cheat you because they will try every time if it saves them $$. it's happened to me many times in building two houses.

The Thai woman is an accessory to murder and heavily involved with the gang, she will go to jail for the rest of her life. Cambodian officials are tracking the murderers down as we speak, I expect swift arrests very soon.

I think your complicating the process .... I'm just saying it could be done upon boarding, only mobiles and power banks..... this would certainly reduce the number not contained ... eg; laptops etc .. ... and a simple coded tag is given to the owner of every phone. They all go into a fireproof compartment or container, then give back upon landing ... maybe at the exit door. Just saying ...

New flight safety rules : all mobile phones will be handed to airline crew upon boarding and placed in a fireproof container, then given back at the planes exit after arrival.
